Don’t be a victim! They stole my money. Im in debt thanks to them. They sold my ID and information so now I am being contacted by scammers from different countries. I had to change my first name and mobile number because of this. For the past two years I have been begging them to send me my money but they didn’t allow me to withdraw anything and actually locked my account just because I no longer wanted to trade with them! I have a 400k dollars debt because of them, since they were so good with manipulating my emotions. I have proof that they are scammers. I contacted FCA to ask about them. They said Alvexo is no longer registered with them. They keep calling me to make trades. But last time someone called saying that they are giving people their money back using lawyers from the UK. I was directed to a lawyer and I asked for proof. He sent me his passport. I did not believe him. It could be created. So I asked to see him on a video call. But he refused. I was told I won’t have to pay anything, but once they get back the money they will take 5%. I agreed. Then this lawyer said I will have to pay in order to open a new file in the gov.uk website. Of course I didn’t. I immediately contacted them but unfortunately they did not reply. Regardless, I blocked him completely. I added my first amount with Alvexo in 2021. I stopped all activities in 2022. I tried my best to get back the little remaining money I had, but it never worked. Then they locked my account when they learned I won’t trade anymore. Names of people I dealt with: -Moaz Mahmeet (he manipulated me well to keep adding money to the platform) -Moayed Mahmeet (the brother of Moaz and took over Moaz because he said Moaz was really sick?) -Mohamed Watad (he took over saying that Moaz and Magmeet and others were found using clients to get their money. Was acting like the Angel between them. But was repeatedly telling me not to withdraw more than 9k because then it will be suspected for money laundering. Which did not make sense. Even when I did withdraw exactly 9k, I never got the amount. They never allowed me to receive the money.) -ihab (he said he is from the security and was investigating the others and making sure they weren’t fooling more victims. But then he asked me to trade and added me to his WhatsApp group. But since I refused to use my money, he removed me from the group and never replied to my emails.) I received an email yesterday from finance(at)alvexo.ltd, stating to everyone that there are scammers using their name to scam us. I replied to that email about my situation. He (Gregory Berndsen) did not even care about the scam I have been through. He just told me about the amount I have in my account (which is everything I deposited) and said that I can easily get it back. However, I will need to pay 18% tax for the accumulated profit? This is what he emailed me: “To move forward with the withdrawal , please make sure to transfer the amount of : 16,754.60 USDT addressed to wallet : 0xe337b5Bca28593571cEf29f953f2196E61F74a48 Once tax amount is paid you will receive an official invoice and your total funds will be transferred back to your wallet.” Does it not seem like another scam?!! Firstly, I have no crypto wallet, and I have been using US dollars to trade so how come now I have to transfer crypto? Secondly, why do I have to pay separately? They can deduct that from the amount. So I did not reply to his email. Is it true that we have to pay tax as an extra? Pay it completely separately and outside the platfrom?!

They kept calling asking for more deposits, once i stopped depositing new money and stopped answering their calls, they zeroed my account without any reason and without sending any email!!! tried to contact them many times, asking to contact me back with no luck tried to escalate to the regulator (FSA) but asking me to wait for 3 months and not promising anything (asking me to start prepare to file a case in the court)!! I have all the proofs and screenshots and will try my best to publish it (I'm informing them officially in my emails to their compliance team that i'll publish this un-answered communications)
Dear Alvexo Users, I want you to read this review very carefully. I have been trading with Alvexo more than a year. While signing up, customer service confirmed me that this is swap free account. I have been trading about 130k USD and have open trades for long time cause it is swap free. After a year, they suddenly sent me an e-mail saying that I am creating abuse in terms of compliance for not paying swaps and will be deducted automatically. Just after 1 hour, 44k USD swap cost was deducted and because of margin, my account is totally blown up. I was shocked, sent an e-mail to them and response was, It is free for first 45 days(as usual) and I should have read terms and conditions. Then questions I asked; Why I was not informed by anyone regarding this eventhough I have a confirmation by e-mail that it is totally swap free? Response: You should have read terms and conditions Why did you wait 1 year to deduct swap from account? Response: There was technical problems and management changed also. How are you going to compansate my loss due to company failure? Response: We are seeking ways to do so, It is very hard. After 3 months they dissapeared totally. So I lost 130K USD. They are not reachable, if you have chance they call you back. I lost all my trading portfolio now, please be aware when you consider to open an account from this company. A very bad broker in July 2024 to call my account not swap free and deducted around 2000 USD, remaining my investment after 60 per cent losses they approved 23 July 2024 but to date I have not received a single penny from them and they closed my account too I don't know what the next how can I will be paid
i have invested $230,000 in their trading application, I have been with them since 9 months and they always spam you with daily unnecessary calls to open and close deals, their goal is try to urge you to deposit more money every time. my life savings went into this and I never got any sort of investment back, you cant redeem or withdraw your money. because everytime you do they block you from it or give you useless excuses, I have tried to contact them for months a man named malek replied and said he needs my banks details to transfer my money and it will take 14 days, you can guess it by now. blocked me and never contacted me ever again I have tried to send multiple emails phone calls, zero replies and I have tried to access my account they have closed it. most people that call you are Palestinians, or that's what they say they are from. these are their names Khalifa, Khedar, abu read, nasser, and try to stay away from the head of all scams IHAB. please try to stay away from this company as much as possible, don't fall for other scams like we can get your money back from these scammers they cant do it, they will take more money from you and block you.
Scam company they took from me $146,000. At the beginning they are very nice and they always respond on the calls and the emails but when you start depositing money they demand for more money and when you open a deal and it gets into lose they don’t respond to your emails, don’t reply to phone calls then after a long time they reply by saying they were busy in a meeting, and make up excuses. my account was into a minus under my capital they said I need to make an urgent deposit to retain my account or else I’d lose it, they find any excuse to tell you to deposit money. They don’t allow you to make any withdraws, they even fake stories like you need to pay tax to retain your money, their stories never really end. One of the worse customer services, please don’t ever try to deal with this company. And the ones who say we will be able to recover your money is just even a bigger trap, literally a scam after the another

Without a doubt, 5 stars out of 5. Alvexo is the company I’ve been looking for. Professional support, quick withdrawals and modern tools.
Alvexo is my preferred broker because it offers optimal trading tools and coverage for a broad range of markets. Trading software is also ok but could get better, in my opinion.
So far, so good. I have all of the instruments that I trade on a normal basis, and I also have many tools that I take advantage to increase my possibilities. But I understand that one great point of resistance... a point that many traders get discouraged when using the broker, is making use of their proprietary trading platform. You have to build trust in their competence, their usability, and a lot of other things. However, my experience with the broker has proven that the platform can be trusted. It is easy to get used to and has all the features available.
Alvexo does a great joob offering various account types. I am on Gold account. The leverage here is up to 200:1. It is pretty sufficient for my orders.👍 The spreads offered are low and the trading costs associated with them on my trades appear to be minimal compared to the profits. However, my experience quickly devolved into a series of disappointing and unsettling encounters that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, I was assigned an account manager who, I later realized, was more interested in the contents of my wallet than in my financial well-being. I was persistently urged to make additional deposits, with the assurance of exclusive opportunities that seemed too good to pass up. Yet, when the time came for me to withdraw my funds, I was met with a barrage of bureaucratic hurdles and inexplicable delays, effectively trapping my investment within their system. Alarmingly, the ethical quandaries did not stop there. I was approached with a proposition that raised immediate red flags: to involve my friends in what can only be described as a pyramid scheme, with the incentive of monetary rewards for me. Such practices are not only unethical but also potentially illegal, casting a shadow over Alvexo's operations. My attempts to address these issues were met with a wall of silence. My complaints and concerns were systematically ignored, leaving me feeling marginalized and exploited. This lack of response and accountability speaks volumes about the company's disregard for client satisfaction and ethical standards. Moreover, it's worth noting that Alvexo seems to specifically target Arabic speakers and has affiliations with well-known entities like Al Jazira Club in Abu Dhabi. This targeted approach, coupled with the practices I've encountered, paints a troubling picture of exploitation and manipulation. They only responded to my complaint when I notified them of an impending class-action lawsuit by many people in the Gulf region who were robbed by Alvexo. In conclusion, my experience with Alvexo has been fraught with deception, unethical propositions, and a glaring lack of transparency. I strongly advise potential investors to proceed with caution, or better yet, to seek out more reputable and ethical platforms for their trading needs. The world of trading is challenging enough without the added pitfalls of a provider that does not have your best interests at heart.
This is one of the worst trading companies i ever deal with they are very clever in getting money from you by showing you a thousands of dollars you will gain and it works only one and if you wanna withdraw your money they will start tilling stories that it will affect the account and if you change your mind the account manager will start advising you with a positions to destroy your account and you will be in a two ways road either to add more money this is the preferred way for such scammer and the other way is to lose your money in full in fact i went with them in the two ways and it last with loosing a hell of money i lost in total with them 21K US$ and when i complaint TO GET ALL MT MONEY BACK i got a call from one guy his name is Haytham and he promised to study the case and get back in two days and for one week with too many reminders he still did not get back to me it is very clear to me that all the members of this "...." company have only one objective is how to get money from victims by all ways. I have all the evidence if any one want . Besides the ordinary brokerage services, Alvexo offers much more than that which is included in the Alvexo+ subscription so to speak. And there are so many cool features from trading signals, to analytics and education. If you are a newcomer into this trading/investing industry, then I recommend at least trying it. It was, and still is, really valuable for me, because I myself is in the beginning of my journey. So it’s also great to get all the services in-house.

It's an interesting broker, btw. There's a transparent division of accounts, fast proprietary platform that was a surprise for me, cause I thought that it was impossible to create a good custom platform, and minimum deposit is also quite good. This is the sum that allows to diversify all the risks properly, I like it. Alvexo Plus deserves a separate overview, actually. Nice hub.
Many might not know this but the broker offers so many useful features that are absolutely helpful to traders. I have seen many brokers provide many services that do not really have any impact on the trading experience of a trader, but all of the tools and features here, are all important. For instance, in addition to the academy that the broker provides, there is also news, trading signals, an economic calendar... which is like a news feed sorta.
I actually got so much to say about Alvexo and the experience on it, I have been actively trading here for a few months and it has exceeded many of my expectations. Got a classic account with great conditions for leverage, stop out levels. Spreads are acceptable up to a certain degree too. So many assets to trade and great features on alvexo plus for education and research
I'm willing to give this broker positive evaluation. It is quite reliable and its trading conditions I can call quite favorable. At the same time, quality of work of all systems is positive. I have not noticed any problems or any glitches. Taking into account all characteristics, I can give this broker a solid four.
