Alphamarkets SA, not good with support at all, everytime you inquire something it takes exactly seven days to get a response, probably amateurs running this stay away
If you know how JP Markets used to operate don't even bother using Alpha Markets, Customer Support claims to be available 24/7 but that is a lie they take ages to reply to any inquiry. They also claim to process withdrawals instantly but it's a lie they take more than 7 working days, and you might not even get your money back. The posts you see online(Instagram) are just for marketing otherwise your money is not safe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BROKER!!!!!!
I opened an account with this company. I invested $100. I was told this is all I needed to start trading. As soon as I deposited the 100 dothers the website immediately told me that I needed to place a $500 deposit with the $100 in order to start trading. This was a big difference from what I was told but it seemed fair so I complied. After about 3 days of nothing My balance rose to about $900 I was asked to make another deposit of $200. This seemed very strange but I complied. Ultimately I was coaxed into depositing $1200 Over the course of about 9 days. This is $1100 more than I plan on investing in a new company but I complied. After about the 11th for 12 day my balance reflected $4100. I was ready to withdraw. I was told I could not withdraw that I have to place 400 more dollars into deposits. At this point none of this makes any sense. If I have made any type of profit on my account I should be able to withdraw that money immediately. This is common practice in every trading company. However when I began asking to make withdraws I have Received no replies. It's strange that I get very fast replies when a deposit is needed though. I will keep this platform and every other platform I place this information on up-to-date and current on what happens and how they respond to giving me my withdrawal.

These guys cheated me when I ask for my withdrawal these guys said within 45 days we will send the money and it's more than 4months and no response from their side. This vimal is a cheater and alpha forex market is a scam don't ever believe them.

This company md... Mr vimal kumar (known as Mr.Money in youtube) is a fraud. Collecting money from innocent people by monthly 18% 20% even 30% return on interest. After getting money from people they won't reply. Totally fraud group.
Worst ever broker. Collects innocent people money and never gives payouts. Their MAM account is a totall scam. Stay away from AlphaFx.
After longtime i received my payout money from alphafxmarket. They are having My money but I begged every day for my payout. Given false commitments, systematic default reply from online support. More then 30 days taking time to withdraw money from alpha. And I have all proofs to show everywhere.

This company is total scam and don’t trust this company and Vimal/ MR.Money,Safeguard your money from them. This copy trade & MAM is a total scam in alphaforexmarkets.com. They collect money from people to fill their pockets. I already lost around 11 lakh rupees in copy trade in alphaforexmarkets.com. run by vimal kumar who claims to be a master in trading. Don't believe the soft words and fake promises given in the youtube channel. They are here to loot your money and run away. I don't know how they have the guts to release youtube video and promoting their forex company Copy trade and MAM account.
Mr. Vimal and jegan both collects people's money in alpha forex like multi level marketing, monthly interest scheme, they got enough money and now they telling stories that somebody looted money. Very cheap and fraud. Investors don't believe these guys and no guruntee for your money.
I too invested big amount 3 month got payout and said we will settled full payment within sep1 still now we didn't not get any reply from him And also He appointed somebody to delete the negative message in Mr Money YOUTUBE channel
Vimal Kumar and alpha fx looted client money. When We asked him no response. Clients given compliant against him. He is in the run now with money... He is financial crimal now
