Account opened on December 26, 2023. I have been unable to withdraw my money from this platform. Profits are locked for one year, but last year, despite my withdrawal request, they were automatically reinvested and locked for another year, until January 1, 2028. In my opinion, this is plain theft. For anyone considering this platform: algosone.ai is on the blacklist of France's financial markets regulator (AMF) as an entity not authorized to offer financial services in France (crypto-assets category, since March 20, 2026).
Picking up form my previous message, where for over 10 days, all my trades were significant losses and I had to change the risk faxtor to try to diminish the total loss amount, as if it indeed corresponded to a real trade having taken place at the platform, I again returned to normal risk. Algos has suddenly increased the number of trades per day in my account, up to 13, whilst still Keeping my tier 4 (again as if it mattered anything) and the average daily loss hasreturned to over 180 USD. This is truly unseen anywyere else. Today, trying to again engage with customer care, I receive an ongoing error message, meaning they have disabled the connection to customer support for both the app and the online account, meaning they have a very thin skin and must be feeling the heat of the many people that have finally awaken and placed their reviews online to warn off any other person believing this is a legitimate ptoject. The fact they dont want to engage or reply to any questions and go to the lenght of disabling the customer support link shows their little mind thinking and its getting progressively worse. This is definitely a major red flag Algos One team does give the slightest importance whatsoever; it has held invested customer money without any possibility of early withdrawal of said investment, it being USDT or crypto, such as ETH, as they refer in the site, with which myself and many others have financed the trading account. This is definitely a lost cause and they must be laughing hard with the thousands they had misled and will keep their money from. Shameful but karma is a b atch , as they say. Paraphrasing Taylor "maybe I got mine by believing in this but Algos will get theirs"... Algos Team, Get some real balls and reconnect customer support on the app and online and respond to the criticism of those who have figured this will never become a fruitful investment .
How can someone loss trade continuously on their platform. This is not normal and I suspect that they are doing this to screw people out there with their capitals. Also, I have many problems in getting the withdraw and this shows that they are not stable.

Recent unusual continuous losses on the trading platform aren’t normal. How can a trading bot be wrong almost on 10 consecutive trades in a relative calm market.
Since September 23, 2026, the AlgosOne platform has been wiping out our profits on a massive scale. Every trade since that date has closed at a loss, so blatantly that there hasn't been a single profitable one, even though the platform's global feed of recent trades keeps showing them as wins. Statistically speaking, this is impossible. My account has already lost -$2,500 in just a few days. If this continues, by the end of the year (when the lock-up period ends) there will be nothing left of my profits. It has long been known that these trade records are nothing more than creative accounting, and that these profits never physically existed for the client. We were simply being lured with virtual gains. I ask the platform to respond to the above (raised by me and by other users). You react very quickly to positive comments here, yet when it comes to concerns, you stay silent and don't reply to emails either. Why is there a wave of losses across accounts? Will the withdrawal of unlocked funds in 2028 have to be converted into AIA tokens, which will be impossible to sell? How can I withdraw the funds I deposited? The Terms and Conditions do not explain how to recover them without the account being locked.

After luring us with promises of big profits, the descent into hell begins. For three days now, not a single winning trade, and the losses are very costly. They are taking back all our money. And I’m sure it will be the same with their token; its value will drop drastically. So, for fools like me who invested on this platform, write off your investments as losses and only invest what you are prepared to lose on certified sites.
I trusted this company with my savings as a 63 year old pensioner , they have consistently moved ALL the possibility of ever getting any money back , there is zero chance of getting any money back through AIAO tokens , now banned in numerous countries around the EU due to their illegal practices of extorting money from investors, stay clear of this company , after I publish this i expect my account to be closed and all investments lost , I will update TRUST PILOT AS SOON AS THIS HAPPENS, I am such a fool and have lost my life savings , fraud and Ponzi scheme come to mind , I hope they all sleep well at night , probably don’t actually care to be honest , heart broken and destitute , I am to blame , good bye and farewell 🖤
Current token and trading account high yield owner, since 2024. Increasingly developing the feeling this is a scam project, through and through. Last 3 days of trading have resulted over 900 USD losses, result of 8 consecutive unsuccessful trades and I am sure the 3rd and final of today will be unsuccessful, thus increasing overall losses in excess of 1100 dollars. Tell me which are the odds of having 3 consecutive days of unsuccessful trades taking place, each one of with an average of over 200 USD, some reaching 300 USD, vis a vis the successful ones, which average 130 USD. Have reavched out to customer support and recieve the same bot like responses and never relating to the queries you request responses to. The mic is dropping as to this being a very elaborate scam run, that has continuously delayed its forma IPO or entry into market because it doesnot hold the necessary qualification for it. Eventually it might hapen, to the sole benefit of those holding the 80+% of the tokens and will make a ton of money at the expense of the samll investors . So now Algos responds with the same bot message to all valid and serious compliants and wants to pretend this wave of absolute carnage with thousands of accounts is nothing more than a "chalenging Day" Bull... Its now 9 days in a row that all daily trades are negative and losses amount . for those os us who beleived in this, its a rude awakening to the fact this is a highly elaborate scam. This has been a concerted effort by those behind the wall at algos to deplete accounts of any gains, if they were ever real... Its at the same time comical because unfortunately, everyone has had their mic drop moment, is now realizing this was a very elaborate scheme where people invested and will lose everything. They further rub it in your face and laugh about it by pretending to show global trades with profits in the app, when no one is experiencing it and has finally come to terms to the fact this was a scam. I have profusely asked to terminate my trading account immediately and repossess my ETH, to no response whatsoever. So algos team, grow a pair and come clean and allow those wishing to put an end to this charade to recover their funds. no one wants a conversion to a token that will never see the light of day, based on multiple sources now claimin this is an uncertified project that, for years, lured small investors into deposits and annual yealds that canot be real. no one willexpect to have an honest answer because its based on these deposits that these scammers have been able to become rich. Just waiting for the moment when in Telegram a message will show informing of the indefinite delay in the public offer of the token and then they pull the plug altogether without any trace. go ahead, Algos, reply to my message with balls and clarify the situation.
Good HY performance, but withdrawal terms need clarification By the end of 2025, my Standard Plan was automatically converted into a High-Yield Plan, which was not something I had agreed to. However, I have to say that the bot appears to be doing its job and is generating profit. My main concern has been that my funds and accumulated profit are locked until 1 January 2028. There has now been a recent update introducing withdrawals and early termination, which is a positive development. However, the “Unlock Now” option is still unclear. I want to know whether unlocking means the entire balance must be converted into AIAO, and whether there are any fees, penalties, or loss of accumulated profit. I have already contacted the support team by email but have not yet received a response. I simply want a clear explanation of how I can access and withdraw the profit from my existing High-Yield Plan in USDC without converting the plan into AIAO.
That a big scam. They said buyback stage but no one could ever sell token. What a joke. I hope every one involved will fund a complain against then. The token will never be released in public market. They are always adding new step and stoping public release. What a scam. I complain to them but message service stop working 3 days ago in there app..... Nothing to say more... Still no chat working, help center don't work too and impossible to add bank adress for withdraw.

I put around 3000$ in BTC in january 2024. Locked up for 2 years. On january 2026, I wanted to get my money back (around 7000$) but WHAT A SURPRISE ?! They locked my money for 2 more years and they increased my plan to high yeld plan without any consent just one day before the release of my money (31/12/2025), wich is totally illegal ! I tried to contact multiple times the support but always the same answer "we can go back". And when I go to see their General Terms and Conditions, they allow themselves to increase lock duration and to increase yeld risk, wich is also totally illegal. They say we can withdraw but it's totally false, there is no withdrawal button. This is a scam. Don't put your money there, you'll never retrieve it. And the greatest ? They say they have various european licence to sell crypto but after research, it's totally fake, they don't have any. I got all the proof of what I say and I contacted a specialised lawyer to sue them and get my money back. If any other people got scammed by them, contact me, we can sue them in group to be stronger. On my previous review, they responded that after research, I am not member, that’s totally fakes, I have access to my account right now. And they say they don’t extend by themselves, that Also totally fakes because they did and it’s writen black on White in their terms and conditions.

The comment saying the can't identify me as a customer is also false. I've been in contact with them and they repeteadly refused to give my money back. NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO HIDE THE REVIEW. I can provide all the evidence of my claim here. They literally have locked me out of my money and then blocked my account with no options to withdraw my money (money I never committed to any of their products). If TrustPilot deletes this review they are just an accomplice of this scam company. It's a scam. They will force your money into a locked wallet and refuse to give it back and if you demand anything they'll just block your account. I see many other uses were scammed by this "company", I'm willing to organize and pay the fees to initiate a class action.
Overall a great investment and app. It’s super easy profitable and I’ve made successful withdrawals. Only complaint I have is it could have better transparency in regards to certain transactions but other than that I’m happy and confident with it.💲💱🔝
AlgosOne is total scam. You can buy tokens which increase their value at the time but while it comes to sale they are blocking this possibility for you and spreading news online that people decided to hold their coins for the future of higher profits. People didn't sell tokens because they couldn't do so. Moreover numbers in the dashboard are hardcoded so they are just random numbers, not real values. The Czech National Bank wishes to warn the public that company which offers its services via the platform algosone.ai currently holds no authorisation, licence or registration from the CNB. We also wish to note that although company holds a trade licence to provide services related to a virtual asset, the Financial Analytical Office (FAO) has prohibited it from providing such services for a period of one year, effective from 14 May 2025. BTW. If you look on other reviews you can clearly see they are fake. Quite long and nicely formatted reviews from accounts that posted 1-3 reviews for the lifetime. Buybacks are also science fiction - nobody can sell their tokens at all. Edit: In response to feedback from our community requesting larger allocation limits compared to previous buyback stages, we increased the allocation to 10,000AIAO per participant for this round. As a result of the strong participation, the full buyback target was reached in record time. nobody could actually sell back their tokens
everything runs smoothly until you try to withdraw your money and then they lock your money. Once i requested a withdrawal, they suspended my account immediately. a rep named julia keeps claiming my money is stuck in a fake promotion for months with no dates. It makes me mad because I have never had my account suspended when I request for withdrawals on Trade Governance. Stay far away.
I’ve been investing in this company for over 2 years. I have made numerous purchases of their AiAO token. Today was the ‘2nd’ buy back that I’ve attempted in the ecosystem. It’s impossible to take part as it over befor it even starts. Not sure when I will ever be able to cash in my coins or recover my investment. Was happy with them until the cracks started showing today again after my second attempt to sell my coins
I have been looking at this platform very closely i like the AI bot trading system and is constantly daily profit that is one of my great experiences. And i like how the company is planning for a long term investment that is one thing the company is doing well
My account has been locked for an additional two years. The AlgosOne team has stated that I approved the optimization; however, I did not knowingly consent to this change. I reside in India, and this represents my hard-earned money. I formally request the AlgosOne team to move my account to the Standard Plan and allow me to withdraw my funds. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to pursue legal action in India and make this matter public. I do not want my funds to be lost, as this would result in a significant financial loss for me.
I don’t have to do much and still the return on investment is really good. And I have the feeling the return is even getting better over time
Platform is good but not for fast money. I expect more fast profit but learn that it work slow. I withdraw later with profit, so no complain.

I have been using AlgosOne since March 2024, with a lot of hopes back then, with a plan to have my funds freed on 31 December 2025. On 3 January 2026, as I tried to take my funds back, I was shocked to learn that my contract had been automatically renewed for two years, with all my funds blocked without any way to withdraw them. Before, it was possible to remove them anyway with a 30% penalty. They claim that i have clicked an "optimisation" pop-up which appeared when opening The app and did not give any information whatsoever about what it would entail. I have never ever clicked this pop up and cautiously closed it each time because I thought ir was sketchy. The support gives random replies, insists that i have clicked it, and when I deny they send me to the general conditions (changed end of December without any notification nor asking for approval as mandated by EU Law) to say they can optimise themselves thé contract without my approval. It is very clearly a scam, the "client support" is only bots, and I am now starting legal action to try and recover my money, with no real hope. Please do not put a single penny/cent in this nightmare.
A great app with a simple and easy to understand design. A nice choice between normal and high yield plans and the Auto trade function makes it pretty simple. And now with the own token im looking forward for what comes next.
