About Al Option
Al Option (domain: aloption.io) is not registered in Ontario to engage in trading in securities as defined by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). The OSC issued an investor warning for “Al Option, found at www.aloption.io,” stating it is not registered in Ontario to conduct such business, with the warning issued on March 4, 2024.
Claims by Al Option of authorization and regulation under the so‑called “European Financial Security” are not supported by any known European regulatory framework such as ESMA. The alleged operator, Raw Trading Ltd, purported to be regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA), but the FSA‑registered sites correspond to other firms (e.g. IC Markets), not Al Option. No regulation of Al Option by the FSA could be confirmed, and the broker is considered unregulated.
Pros and cons
Cons
- Received an investor warning from the OSC for operating without authorization, dated March 4, 2024.
- No confirmation of regulation by any official financial authority; claims of regulation appear misleading.
- Risk of misappropriation of information from legitimate regulated entities, creating red flags for investor safety.
