this is a scam i have tried to withdraw my money 3 times and it has not arrived in my account. I was told by Caroline it would appear in 36 hours but it did not. So buyer beware after all the friendly advice somebody has pocketed my money.and my account has been shut down. SCAM
This is a scam do not get involved with this company. They act like your best friend, until you try and take some of your money back. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM.
I was trading with this company for about 7weeks. The advisor was putting pressure on me to add more money to my account. I refused and asked for refund and account closure,the advisor ( Raymond larsen) sent me an email saying " I will send this on to the trading account department ". To date I have not heard from them. I have sent many emails not a pip from advisor Raymond larsen. I best your bottom dollar some of the reviews are fake and orchestrated by aifactor personnel Be care traders they lure in and just like that disappear.
I think that this site is a scam. The link to ‘Support’ does not work the link to their Withdrawal Policy does not work and their support email and phone numbers do not respond. Be careful!
Honestly!!! These guys go above and beyond. The whole process was easy and taken care of professionally and efficiently totally recommend.
The staff were very helpful with setting up my account. It made my finances more manageable and today I am withdrawing my second profit. Very fast and secure process.

I recently had a bad experience with aifactor, trying to get me to pay £500 to unfreeze my account so l could withdraw my original investment of £250.00 and the person talking to me was somebody else and not Caroline my trading agent. This person was a scammer who somehow infiltrated our trading sessions and was using my ignorance to infiltrate my account. I hereby retract my previous review and offer my sincere apologies to Caroline , my trading agent for any harm it might have done to her reputation. The real Caroline is a genuine good hearted woman who on finding out about this bad review contacted me and went out of her way to restore my trust in her and aifactor.ai
