The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) issued a warning on November 13, 2024, advising that AGAllianz (via agallianz.eu) is not authorised to conduct banking or financial instrument services in Austria as per Article 1 para. 1 no. 7 lit. c of the Austrian Banking Act (BWG) ().

No regulatory licences (e.g. from BaFin, FCA, FMA) have been identified for AGAllianz or any affiliated entity, and Companies House records indicate the number 15241684 corresponds to ALLIANCE GROUP INVESTMENTS LTD, which is not present in the FCA register under that name or under “AGAllianz” ().
