Summary
Reviewers overwhelmingly allege the broker is a scam, reporting large and small losses, blocked or refused withdrawals, and aggressive pressure to deposit more. Multiple users describe being lured by fake endorsements (one mentioned an impersonated Andrew Forrest), given promises of bonuses by sales managers (names cited include Nicko, Richard, Casper and Anthony), and then prevented from withdrawing funds even after claiming profits; one reviewer said a $250 deposit grew to $23,480 and $18,000 profit but was denied any payout, with only a partial bank trace of $3,180 and $10,312 still outstanding. Customers report persistent harassment calls urging further deposits to “recover losses,” instructions to execute risky or duplicate trades that generated losses, and being pushed to borrow on credit cards. Several complain of no response to complaints, accounts not working, misleading Facebook ads, and alleged breaches of privacy/GDPR when emails intended for other customers were shared. Some reviewers say chargebacks were blocked by use of a third‑party paygate, and at least one commenter cites confirmation from the UK FCA that the operation was fraudulent; identity theft concerns have been raised by former clients. Reported loss amounts range from a few hundred pounds to tens of thousands (examples given: £400, £250–£200 start amounts, £17,500, $8,000, A$23,480). A small number of comments claim to have received refunds or help (one mentions Ampleedge and a helpful team), and one short review praises staff as professional, but the dominant theme across reviews is distrust, withheld funds, and warnings to research thoroughly before dealing with this broker.

As we all know now, these guys where scammers. This is confirmed by the UK FCA. After about 6 months that they lost my money, now I realized my identity is being used for scam. Has anybody here has this problem? If yes, we would now who is responsible for that too!

Scam scam scam, all the positive reviews are not true, i lost all the money i had, my manager looking after the account was Casper, i wanted to learn investing with £200 to £250 which is what i started off with but the constant calls of harrasment with the false lies of making alot of money and no loss fooled me and i ended up loosing everything. All I did was follow his and Anthony's instructions. They made me buy and sell same curruncy at same positions in different trades, they claimed i wont loose anything or at least not more than 5 to 10% They made alot from me but i lost all my money, they only ring you to tell you that in order to recover your loss you need to put more in with false hopes. I did this and still same. I was soo upset but they didnt care, i got pushed into taking money on my c/c for a couple of days and promised i would make it to pay it back after the few days. Also i had emails sent that were sent to other customers which is breach of GDPR. When i raised the complaints to the company via emails they said that i would here from their compliance team which was more than 4 weeks ago but i havnt heard from them. Honestly this company is only there to con ppl of their savings pls pls dont be fooled by this company.

I was prompted by a fake Andrew Forrest to click the link to this web site on 11/2/22. I deposited USD$250 first $23,480. then I was contacted by Nicko the sales manger to put more deposit and he will give me bonus. I only trade CFD for a few days and I closed all positions making a profit of US$18,000.When I withdrew my balance Richard the senior account manger told me I won't get a penny. As I am only requesting my deposit of A$23,480. So far my bank trace $3180 back but $10,312 still outstanding. This web site is not regulated although the company is so please do your research. Chargeback is impossible because they use a third party Paygate so the bank cannot chargeback, ASXTRADE is a scam !
