I'm pretty satisfied overall, but the market alerts are sometimes a bit delayed. If they could fix that, it would be five stars for me.
The platform works well, just wish the alerts were more instant.
The user interface is clean and straightforward. As a beginner, I found it easy to get started with my first trades.
No fees at all, that's the best part. I can really save money.
The stop loss and take profit functions are flexible and work well for securing profits - I just wish I could change the font size on the desktop interface, since I can't find an option to make it bigger.
Everything works well, though the night mode on the interface is a bit too dark for me. It would be perfect if it were just a little brighter.
A friend mentioned this platform has no fees, which is great. On top of that, deposits and withdrawals are so fast I don't have to worry about them.
Customer service is fantastic - they get back to me quickly and always have an answer to my questions.
