BROKER IS AVIODING PAYING DEPOSIT AND PROFITS! I have been trying to withdraw since 03/04/2025. After confirming my account was fully verified before I funded it, when I tried to withdraw they demanded I submit certified documents - costing me time and money - just to delay or avoid paying out. Now they are claiming Skrill is the only withdrawal option, which I do not have and was never mentioned before. Even though I deposited by bank transfer and want to withdraw back to my same account. They just keep changing the goal posts and making up rules as they go. This is not just bad service - it's manipulation and looks like a scam.
We feel like AdroFX might be trying to avoid returning our funds. Repeated requests for KYC/AML documentation after already releasing some funds is unusual, especially considering this typically happens during account opening. Here's a breakdown of why this is raising red flags: • Timing of KYC/AML: Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols are generally most rigorous when an account is opened. While ongoing monitoring can occur, especially for large transactions or unusual activity, repeatedly asking for extensive documentation during a closure and withdrawal process is not standard practice. • Partial Release: The fact that they released some funds initially suggests that, at that point, they were satisfied with the KYC/AML checks. Asking for more documentation for the remaining balance seems inconsistent. • Potential for Delay: It certainly feels like these repeated requests could be a tactic to delay or avoid completing the withdrawal. It has been one month since we submitted our written withdrawal request. We have given them today as a deadline. We will let you know what happens. If our funds are not delivered to us today we will take vigorous action which may include a class action suit against them.
My honest review of Adro fx after 5 years I’ve been an Adro customer even since the Paxforex days of April 2020. When Paxforex was shut down by the SEC, I thought I lost all my money and I was a victim of another scam broker. That was not the case.They switched the broker name overnight without telling me from Paxforex to Adro. I was very concerned they didn’t tell their customers anything. My account manager said the website paxforex.com was changed to paxforex.org “because of a hacker”. Which I thought was hilarious that he thought I would believe that story. In reality if you visit paxforex.com, you’ll be invited to complete an FBI criminal crime complaint form. But, my balance was the same and I could still trade, so I didn’t complain and kept moving. In the back of my mind, I always thought something bad was going to happen to my money but it never did. They are one of the last truly unregulated brokers out there. (We like to say “real cowboys”) For 5 years (April 2020 to April 2025), I never had any real issues. I see people complaining about not getting their withdrawals but I never had one issue with my deposit or withdrawal and I live halfway around the world. Adro made it possible for me to trade FOREX effectively. I never had an issue with trade execution, spreads or price and I used a scalping EA that made maybe 300- 400 trades per day. I used BTC to make deposits and withdrawals because of the area of the world I live in, most of the time I got my withdrawal in BTC roughly 2 hours from sending the form. It is true that they need to work on the interface on the website. When you make a withdrawal, there is no confirmation email. I had to leave Adro because they no longer offer MT4. Not sure if that was an Adro or a Metaquotes decision. Again, they didn’t tell me it was going to happen, I found out because I couldn’t log in to my MT4 and my balance was $00.00. But in the end, I made my final account balance closeout withdraw and I was on my way. So no, Adro is not a scam. They are a legitimate broker that gave me an opportunity to trade a certain Forex style with incredible margins.
This platform is a complete disaster. You can't withdraw your funds—once they have your money, they just keep asking for more. Customer support is completely unhelpful. I lost over $45,000 in the blink of an eye. Thankfully, the site shown in my display picture helped me recover my losses. These people are utterly untrustworthy, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
They should try and do something about their withdrawal process. Despit takes some minutes and you will receive notification on their portal. But during withdrawal, you have to wait for 24 hours before you will 3ven receive a message or aware that you made a withdrawal. So bad! Once you apply for a withdrawal, at least the amount should be deducted from the trading account and receive the notification of either in progress or processing, but you will be in dark for 24 hours before you will be notified
Execution time goes from 300ms to 1000ms and lets not talk about the slippage on their MT4 platform.
Whether it's their useful signals or their trading platforms, I find it to be an excellent broker for what I need. My 4 months of trading forex on here hasn't revealed any problems, which I'm happy about.
Do not use They place ghost trades woke up to half my balance missing and hidden fees Also they offer no kyc , then when you go to withdraw they want kyc Also beware heard many people in our group having the same problems In reply What a load of rubbish I reached out to your team and no resolution or investigation was ever done Regulatory your not even regulated by the FCA so kyc would not be needed. Also let me pre warn the reviews on here are mostly fake positive reviews. Do not trust and do not use.
My experience with AdroFX was quite negative. As a group of investors following one of the Copy Traders 888, we saw firsthand how AdroFX likely colluded with the trader, to make us collectively lose several tens of thousands of dollars for their profit. They traded in thinly traded and opaque currency-pairs, and created unsurmountable losses that liquidated many people's accounts. We could see firsthand on another instance that they manipulated the price of USDCAD and we were able to see that the price discrepancy was large when compared to other brokers. When you email support, they will give you some boilerplate text telling you that "news events may result in quick market reactions". Funny the other brokers did not experience this at all during this instance and a few others we noticed were artificial price discrepancies occurred. You are probably looking into trading with AdroFX, since they are not KYC? Think twice, they will KYC you on the way out when you ask to withdraw. They are happy to take your deposit, but then ask you to KYC on the way out. I have dealt with many Crypto businesses and Forex brokers, and KYC is never handled like this. It's either you KYC before the first deposit, or you don't KYC your users at all on the way out. I'm not at ease knowing that AdroFX has my personal ID, knowing that if they are unscrupulous in handling their trading business, they could perhaps sell my data for nefarious purposes. I was able to rescue some funds after two separate instances where currency-pair prices were manipulated. If you want to be fleeced little by little then AdroFX is for you, otherwise, I advise you to stay out. AdroFX will likely post a response with boilerplate text stating that they didn't find a person with my name around the date, or some easy excuse. There are much better Forex broker options out there, including top regulated ones, where you will be KYCd first-hand and will know exactly what to expect from the beginning.
The expert advisors provided by this forex broker have been helpful in automating my trading strategies and making more informed trading decisions. They are easy to set up and use, even for those who are not experienced in coding.
The execution is quick, and the support is helpful.
I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with AdroFX. This company has left me feeling deeply disrespected and ignored, and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. My experience with AdroFX has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their account manager and customer care team have been dismissive and unresponsive when it comes to my requested withdrawal. Despite my multiple attempts to connect with them, I have received no updates or assistance. It is clear that this broker has no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain. I cannot believe the level of dishonesty and deceit exhibited by AdroFX. Their lack of transparency and honesty in their practices is deeply concerning, and their behavior towards their customers is simply unacceptable. Their account manager and customer care team have been consistently rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling disrespected and completely ignored. It is shocking to me that they can treat their customers in such a disrespectful manner and continue to operate without any accountability. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering AdroFX to think twice. The emotional turmoil that I have had to endure due to their unprofessionalism and lack of concern for their customers is not worth it. Please save yourself the time, money, and emotional distress and find a broker that values their customers and provides the respect and honesty that they deserve. I hope that my review serves as a warning to others and that AdroFX takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service practices. Their current behavior is simply unacceptable, and it is my sincere hope that they will take responsibility for their actions and make the necessary changes to ensure that their customers are treated with the respect and honesty they deserve. Despite encountering an internal bank issue that caused difficulties in funding my account, the team reached out to me personally and effectively resolved the problem. My account is now fully funded and I am able to begin trading. I have been a satisfied user for 2 years and appreciate their exceptional service.
Trading with Hotforex for almost a year, it has performed well up to this point, with withdrawals always being processed on schedule and minimal spreads being the norm.
the app is short, and the way it works is easy to understand. I can get a short explanation of important news that comes to my phone. This last feature is my favorite. I've made a couple of big bucks because of it. It lets me know quickly what's going on in the market.
I cannot say anything negative about this broker. In the market for financial services of the foreign exchange, stock, and commodity markets, the company holds out quite successfully for a long time. The spread is acceptable as it is possible to find companies with either a lower or a higher one. For me personally, this fact is not very important because trading is conducted in the middle term. As for the withdrawal of course, I would like to see faster execution. In general, I am satisfied with the cooperation with this company.
I have been trading forex for about 20 years now. I have tried so many forex brokers that I can't even count them all. Three of the biggest things I look for is how well they do withdrawals, if there is any broker manipulation like slippage, and finally execution speeds. Execution speeds in the sense that when your EA sends the request for your broker to close the positions it gets executed very quickly within milliseconds. So far I am only in demo with Adrofx, and I am going live July 8th with a decent amount of money. So far in demo there has been no broker manipulation of any kind, and no slippage issues! All my trading friends who use Adrofx have had no issues withdrawaling money. They all say its very fast and top notch. All the other forex brokers I have used had broker manipulation and slippage issues in demo. Once I go live July 8th I will update this review on Adrofx, but so far I have to give them 5 stars!!! Even there customer support has been excellent!
I have tried many brokers in the last 2 years but stopped at AdroFx, and they haven't let me down in the two years I've been working with them. What impresses me the most is their fast execution, spreads, and customer service. I feel they are an honest and transparent broker. I believe AdroFx is one of the best brokers I have traded with, honest and reliable!
