I’m new to this broker, and my experience has been great so far.Ajit was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through everything.He explained things clearly and made the whole process easy.Really appreciate his support — highly recommend!
English version (Trustpilot review): Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I made a deposit and was initially told it would be credited instantly. Then I was told it would take up to 24 hours. Now, two days later, I still cannot access my funds. To make matters worse, I made another deposit and I am facing the same issue — over two days waiting, with no clear resolution. This is completely unacceptable for any broker that claims to be professional. I cannot trust this platform with my money, and I strongly advise anyone considering this broker to stay far away. Their communication is poor, their processes are unreliable, and the stress caused is enormous. Avoid at all costs. Traduzione in italiano: Servizio assolutamente poco professionale e inaccettabile. Ho effettuato un deposito e inizialmente mi era stato detto che sarebbe stato accreditato istantaneamente. Poi mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute fino a 24 ore. Ora, dopo due giorni, non riesco ancora ad accedere ai miei fondi. Peggio ancora, ho fatto un altro deposito e sto affrontando lo stesso problema — oltre due giorni di attesa senza alcuna soluzione chiara. Questo è completamente inaccettabile per qualsiasi broker che si dichiara professionale. Non posso fidarmi di questa piattaforma con i miei soldi e consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia considerando questo broker di starne lontano. La comunicazione è scarsa, i processi inaffidabili e lo stress provocato è enorme. Evitate a tutti i costi.
ActivTrades offers support in my native language Bulgarian which is a big plus. Few brokers do that. In fact they offer service in 15+ languages and the support are real humans not stupid chat bots
I'm really trying to understand why this company has a high review rating? First time I tried to open an account I was kept waiting weeks to do so. I decided a year or so later to come back and try again and I was disgusted at the application process. They ask you for your NI number, then a picture of your driving license/passport etc. Then they ask you for employment details. Then they want you to video your face moving side to side and once you get the "congratulations your application has been submitted and pending review" you then receive an email, from a member of staff, asking you to fill in another form about funding your account. I immediately declined upon that. How incredibly intrusive this process is. Absolutely no respect for the applicant's privacy, whatsoever. To show how pathetic this company is, I applied for an account with Tradu and all they wanted was my NI number. No passport/driving license photos, no video recognition, no long forms to fill out. Avoid this company like the plague. I'm now trying to get all my information deleted and the account closed (although technically still in limbo). ***Late Edit*** Upon receiving the reply from ActivTrades: "Please be assured that our procedures are not intended to cause discomfort, but rather to comply fully with the regulatory requirements set by the financial authorities in the jurisdictions where we operate." - Nope, you can do whatever you want when it comes to operating a broker just as Tradu, who I am with only require a name, National Insurance number and employment details. You don't need photographic evidence. You don't need video evidence. You don't need to ask people to fill out an investment form. All of this is through YOUR OWN CHOOSING and no one elses. "As a fully regulated broker, we are legally obligated to perform comprehensive due diligence as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. These measures are in place to protect both our clients and the integrity of the financial system." - Gobbledygook. "We do our best to make this process as straightforward and respectful as possible, while still meeting our regulatory obligations. Your privacy and the security of your information remain a top priority throughout." - you clearly DO NOT for if you had I would not have replied as I have. ActivTrades' application process if incredibly intrusive and downright authoritarian. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! There are many others out there that do not go through this process and respect your privacy.
First point, their login screen is pathetic, blocked login, later every time it opens pop-up where we need to give credentials second time. on mobile iOS impossible to login because of this & Safari blocking popup. When i try to open Spread bet real account i followed steps clearly, surprisingly it opened one CFD and one Demo account none of them are as per my required inputs(first deposit, type as sp[read bet). Customer team confirmed once opened account as Spread account but on MT4 i see tickers are not as per demo spread bet, next day UK team mentioned account opened was not a Spread bet in live.and mentioned as previous colleague might updated status from demo. it made me laugh my self. on their systems and way those are working. Later on when i ask Any mobile app for managing account, customer support mentioned only way browser login. which blocked by pop-up blockers in secure browsers like Safari. Finally when i try to open again spread bet account to my surprise, customer team confirmed it will take from 1 hr to 48hrs to confirm and get email. i never experienced this kind of process, when customer create account and approve, later to open spread bet MT4 taking ages ? (by the time i wrote this review no confirmation and 4 hrs+ counting)
On August 13, 2025, during the 22:00 candle on USD/JPY, my broker’s platform showed a sudden 14-pip wick for a fraction of a second — enough to sweep an obvious demand zone and trigger stops — that did not appear on any other broker’s feed. I confirmed this by checking multiple sources in real time, including ECN brokers and TradingView data. This spike lasted only milliseconds, perfectly targeting a cluster of stop-loss orders, then vanished back into normal price action. Every other broker’s chart remained clean, which strongly suggests this was a synthetic price injection, not legitimate market movement. For a broker to create fake ticks that only exist on their feed, especially in a B-book environment, is unacceptable and destroys trader trust. This is either gross negligence in price feed filtering or deliberate stop hunting. If you value your capital and want to trade without artificial price manipulation, avoid this broker at all costs. There are plenty of regulated ECN brokers who do not engage in this kind of behavior. Update [14 Aug 2025]: After my review, ActivTrades responded publicly asking me to contact support. I want to note that this spike was already verified against multiple other brokers’ data and did not occur elsewhere. The 14-pip wick lasted milliseconds, swept an obvious demand zone, and immediately reversed. If this was from a liquidity provider, I request that ActivTrades publish the exact LP tick data for USD/JPY at 22:00 UTC+1 on Aug 13, 2025, so traders can verify. Without that transparency, this remains an unexplained feed anomaly unique to ActivTrades — and that is a serious trust issue for active traders. Thank you
I deposit a 1000$ and made a profit of 2585$ and I put the withdrawal first they delay and said our system is busy we give you your money after 2 weeks they delete my profit my mt4 3035018 and they said our team said you did trading against the trading rules and they didn't send any proof there are too many products like USDJPY , EURUSD , AUDUSD , EURAUD , EURCHF , GBPUSD , GOLD , NZD Etc. And than they delete my profit i don't know the reason please stay away from Activtrades.com and if I'm wrong then why they are not sending me the proof. if company want my account history I'll send no issue . other wise I'll go with FSC , FCA and other public platform I'll go. I'm Looking Forward reopen my case any look further and resolve my issue . I'm very thankful to you.
The worst customer clients ever seen. you need minutes between 1 interaction and the other. The answers are always "depends" and anyway they are not problem solving at all.
NOT A LEGIT BROKER - WITHDRAWAL ISSUES Hi I am sharing my personal and terrible experience here with activtrades when I tried to withdraw my funds and a nightmare begins. Its been 5 days now since I have requested to withdraw $644 from my trading account 3034859. Emailed them couple of times, spoke with live chat but still they haven't released my funds and support said they do not have any expected time for it to be processed, in short they are trying to scam me by not responding to emails and live chat not giving any helpful response. A broker with multi regulations and this shady when it comes to withdrawal is very hurtful. I have lost my trust with Activ trades and will never recommend anyone to them.
SCAM Broker I have requested to withdraw only $615 from my trading account 3034982. Withdrawal was placed on 22 May and until now my withdrawal is not given. I have contacted support and sent email too but no response on email and support is very unresponsive I need to wait 30 minutes and after that they will just say withdrawal is pending due to security verification and we do not have further information. My point is its been days now still its pending, and I tried to trade with the remaining funds in my account and I came to realize my accounts trading is also disabled. I am going to file a complaint against them to regulatory body. Its heart breaking when you put your trust with the multi regulated broker and then have to go through this mental stress. Before putting your trust in Activ trades think if you want to be tortured by there unprofessional staff.
Withdrawal is pending from more then 5 days I have deposited 495 USD in my account but then I decided not to trade and wanted to withdraw my money 495 USD but now its been 5 days I have contacted support multiple times but its keep on saying its in process but no success. Withdrawal ID 526364 BELOW IS MY REPLY TO ACTIV TRADES RESPONSE: What are you talking about, It looks clear that you just copy paste the reply to comments without even looking at clients profile. I did not have any bonuses then how am I bound to bonus rules and regulations ? Its been 2 weeks now since I have requested to withdraw my money and there live support who is full of lies always saying it is going to be processed in few hours. PLEASE THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE YOU INVEST YOUR FUND WITH THIS SHADY SCAM BROKER NAMED AS ACTIVTRADES.COM
The company looks serious nevertheless from time to time i experience big slippage resulting in unecessary losses. But worse, withdrawals from the UK entity using Barclays Frankfurt as seriously delayed most of the time. Last time took 15 days to receive my funds as barclays has not filled all swift tags/details (As my bank informed me). This time, a withdrawal initiated on Fri 11/4 is not yet processed by Barclays Frankfurt. ActivTrades always process on time the approval of the withdrawals however such delays with their banking partners pose a serious concern over control of your funds in a regulated by FSA UK entity. While i follow up promptly on the grounds of such delays, support is unable to advise as of why Barclays is not processing the last withdrawal. Update as of 22.4 11 days later and still no withdrawal received nor the broker can account or advise as of why their bank is not releasing or if they need any additional information. Very bad experience not being able to withdraw your funds. Update as of 24.4 This morning I was finally sent a formal receipt funds had been sent out. While my bank was able to trace the transfer, this is not accepted as some swift tags are missing / sender bank has not included. So still fighting with technical issues thru my bank now to have the funds credited. 13 days counting so far... Update as of 24.4 end of day Finally the funds are in my account. What a nightmare...
This is the most stupid broker i have ever seen in my life. Opened up a live account and was asked to send documents to verify my identity. They emailed and said to fund the account and i was ready to trade,so i did fund the account. But could not place any trades cause the account wasnt confirmed yet but in the email they said it was fine. And so i did a withdrawal back to my paypal. Waited 18 hours and nothing happened. Contacted support several times and they said its under process, it will soon be confirmed. Even said they will return the funds now.... but still nothing has happened!!!! Most poor and stupid broker ever!!!
I had a terrible experience with ActivTrades. After spending weeks trading and turning a decent profit, I logged in one day to find that all my profit mysteriously disappeared. No explanation, no proper documentation – just gone. To make matters worse, when I tried to withdraw my remaining funds, they stalled the process with endless verification steps and vague excuses. This is completely unacceptable and highly suspicious behavior for a financial services provider. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before trusting this platform with their money. There are plenty of more transparent and trustworthy brokers out there. My confidence in ActivTrades is completely gone.
Man i like a lot of thingss here ,. but If I am rating them I will put like this: 1) Education - I like webinars mostly here from experts like Wallace and Maxwell they really know trading 2) Conditions - best conditions for trading like many platofrms you can choosed what you like and spreads are small. 3) Payments - fast withdrawal and it comes on time as promise/
As a beginner I was very skeptical about if this platform would give me the value I want… it seemed very advanced with its tools and features but it’s educational materials and analytical tools has made it easier.

I operate with Metatrader5. This broker has very low commission, spread and swap costs. I've always had a great support from kind and professional operators, which are very helpful and serious. 5 star review deserved for this broker.
I got a call from Svetlin although I thought it was a spam call at first. I enjoyed learning fundamentals from him and he gave me the warmest introduction to Trade View. Will definitely ask for him once I get going.
When I first started with Activtrades, I wasn’t too impressed with their educational resources. I thought they were pretty standard and didn’t pay much attention to them. But after attending a few webinars and actually starting following them regularly, plus not missing an episode of their Monady Matters series, I could see my trading improving. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into making their educational materials top-notch.
Excellent broker. Absolutely honest and trustworthy. This broker is definitely recommended.
The spreads are extremely high anybody who chooses these is either gambling or an imbecile I enter in the right way of the market I should be in profit and yet the spread line hasn’t even got to break even yet I will never ever open an account with this form
