Acer Finance presented itself via the domain acerfinance.co as an online trading provider with accounts named “Standard,” “Business,” and “Investor,” offering access to forex, shares, indices, and commodities. The Italian regulator CONSOB adopted Resolution No. 22686 dated 26 April 2023 ordering the cessation of the unlawful provision of investment services through acerfinance.co and the blocking of access in Italy.
