ACE Investing operated online via the domains aceinvest.co and aceinvesting.io. The Italian securities regulator CONSOB ordered the blackout of the website aceinvest.co, identifying Eudaimon Consulting LLC as the operator and citing the illegal offer of financial services; the measure was published in a press release dated 17 June 2022. CONSOB also ordered a blackout affecting aceinvesting.io; the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority reproduces this CONSOB action in a notice dated 23/03/2022 listing “Eudaimon Consultind Llc” with the websites tradingtech.io and aceinvesting.io. Separately, Austria’s FMA issued a warning on 22/02/2022 against “Eudaimon Consulting LLC (aceinvesting, Tradingtech)”, stating the provider is not authorised to carry out licensable banking transactions in Austria and publishing the related domains and contacts.
