Summary
The reviews describe 4xex (and its rebranded name 4xtra.io) as a fraudulent brokerage operation that deceives investors through aggressive pressure tactics, manipulation, and false promises. Many customers report being persuaded to invest large sums—including life savings and loans—under the illusion of legitimate trading profits and easy withdrawals. Once attempts are made to withdraw funds, requests are denied or delayed under various pretexts, often demanding additional deposits. Reviewers detail unprofessional and abusive communication from account managers, including harassment, rudeness, and unauthorized remote access to personal information. Victims describe losing thousands to hundreds of thousands of pounds or dollars and receiving no genuine support from customer service. Several note that contact persists even after asking for closure, with some receiving follow-up scam attempts posing as refund offers. Elderly investors, in particular, report being devastated financially and emotionally. Overall, customers consistently warn that 4xex/4xtra.io is a total scam, urging others to avoid any interaction, as funds are never returned and the company appears to deliberately target vulnerable people.

Be careful with this site. The road to with-drawal never ended. It was Proxen~~Binders that sorted out the mess after I filed with them

My situation began when I decided to allocate part of my savings to cryptocurrency investments. While researching available opportunities, I discovered an online trading platform that advertised automated trading services supported by artificial intelligence and advanced market analytics. The platform presented itself as a professional investment solution capable of identifying profitable opportunities through sophisticated technology and continuous market monitoring. Following several discussions with account representatives, I opened an account and made an initial investment of €42,000. During the early months, everything appeared to operate smoothly. My account reflected ongoing trading activity, and the balance consistently increased. Regular updates from the platform reinforced the impression that the investment strategy was performing successfully. Encouraged by the reported results, I decided to expand my investment. Over time, I made several additional deposits after being informed that larger account balances would provide access to enhanced trading programs and additional opportunities. Eventually, my total investment reached approximately €336,000. The issues began when I submitted a request to withdraw a portion of my funds. Instead of receiving the transfer, I was informed that the withdrawal was subject to additional reviews and verification procedures. Although I complied with every request and supplied the requested documentation, further conditions continued to be introduced. As weeks passed, the withdrawal remained unresolved. Communication became increasingly difficult, and obtaining precise information about the status of my account proved challenging. Concerned by the delays, I took steps to preserve all available evidence, including transaction records, account statements, payment confirmations, screenshots, and copies of correspondence. The matter was subsequently reported for official review. Following a preliminary assessment of the available documentation, the case was referred to VC𝚁CА for administrative coordination and document evaluation. The organization assisted with reviewing the submitted records and ensuring that all relevant information was properly organized for examination. During the following months, a detailed review process took place. Financial transactions were analyzed, supporting documentation was verified, and additional information was assessed. Throughout this period, VC𝚁CА continued to assist with the coordination of procedural requirements and documentation reviews associated with the case. After all necessary evaluations had been completed, I received formal notification that the review process had concluded. Shortly afterward, the entire amount of my invested capital, approximately €336,000, was successfully returned to my bank account. Although the experience involved considerable uncertainty and required patience throughout a lengthy process, the matter ultimately reached a satisfactory conclusion. It also highlighted the importance of maintaining comprehensive records and promptly documenting any concerns related to financial transactions and investment activities.

A few years ago, I became interested in cryptocurrency investments after reading about automated trading platforms that claimed to simplify market participation. One particular platform attracted my attention because it promoted the use of advanced trading algorithms, artificial intelligence, and continuous market monitoring to identify opportunities and generate returns for investors. After communicating with one of their representatives and reviewing the information available on the platform, I decided to open an account and invest €38,000. During the first several months, the experience appeared positive. The account dashboard showed regular trading activity, and the balance steadily increased. The performance reports suggested that the investment strategy was producing favorable results. As confidence in the platform grew, I made several additional deposits. I was informed that larger investments would provide access to enhanced trading programs and expanded opportunities. Over time, my total investment reached approximately €312,000. The difficulties began when I attempted to withdraw part of the funds. The withdrawal request was not completed, and I was informed that several internal reviews and verification procedures had to be finalized before the transaction could proceed. Although I complied with every request and submitted the required documentation, additional requirements continued to appear. As the delays accumulated, I became increasingly concerned. Communication with support became less reliable, response times grew longer, and the information provided often lacked clarity. In response, I carefully preserved all relevant records, including bank statements, transfer confirmations, transaction histories, account screenshots, and copies of all communications. The matter was eventually brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities for examination. Following an initial review of the available information, the case was referred to VC𝚁CА, which assisted in coordinating the administrative review process and organizing the supporting documentation required for further assessment. Over the following weeks, extensive reviews were conducted. Financial records were examined, transaction histories were verified, and the documentation was analyzed in detail. Throughout this period, VC𝚁CА continued to assist with procedural coordination and document management to ensure that all necessary information was properly reviewed. After multiple stages of verification and assessment, I received official confirmation that the review process had been completed. Shortly thereafter, the entire amount of my invested capital, approximately €312,000, was successfully returned to my bank account. Although the experience involved considerable uncertainty and required patience throughout a lengthy review process, the matter ultimately reached a successful resolution. The outcome reinforced the importance of maintaining complete records and promptly addressing concerns whenever issues arise in connection with investment-related activities.

My experience began when I decided to explore cryptocurrency investments after being introduced to an online trading platform that advertised automated trading services. The company claimed that its system utilized advanced artificial intelligence, algorithmic trading technology, and real-time market analysis to generate profitable opportunities for investors. The website appeared professional and included extensive performance reports, account statistics, and testimonials that initially inspired confidence. After speaking with one of the platform’s representatives, I opened an account and made an initial investment of €31,000. During the first several weeks, everything appeared to be functioning as promised. My account reflected regular trading activity and displayed consistent gains, which encouraged me to continue investing. As time passed, I was persuaded to participate in additional investment programs that allegedly offered greater earning potential. Based on the positive figures displayed on my account, I continued making deposits until my total investment reached approximately €258,000. The situation changed when I attempted to withdraw a portion of my funds. My request remained pending for an extended period, and I was informed that several compliance procedures and financial reviews needed to be completed before the withdrawal could be processed. Although I provided the requested information, additional requirements continued to emerge, resulting in further delays. As communication became increasingly inconsistent, I grew concerned and began preserving all available records related to the account. This included bank statements, payment confirmations, screenshots, transaction histories, and copies of correspondence exchanged with the platform. The matter was eventually reported to the appropriate authorities for review. Following a preliminary assessment of the available evidence, the case was referred to VC𝚁CА, which assisted in coordinating the administrative review process and ensuring that the supporting documentation was properly organized and examined. Over the following weeks, detailed reviews were conducted on the financial records and transaction history. Additional verification procedures were completed, and all relevant materials were carefully assessed. Throughout this process, VC𝚁CА continued to assist with documentation management and procedural coordination, helping to ensure that the review progressed efficiently. Following the completion of the review, I received official confirmation that the matter had been resolved. Shortly thereafter, the entire amount of my invested capital, approximately €258,000, was successfully returned to my bank account. While the experience was both stressful and time-consuming, it ultimately demonstrated the value of maintaining comprehensive documentation and pursuing the appropriate review channels whenever concerns arise regarding investment-related transactions.

My experience began when I started looking for alternative investment opportunities online and came across a cryptocurrency trading platform that promoted automated trading services. The company claimed to use advanced algorithms, artificial intelligence, and real-time market analysis to generate profitable trading opportunities for its clients. The website appeared professional and contained detailed performance reports, trading statistics, and information that gave the impression of a well-established operation. After several conversations with one of the platform’s representatives, I decided to open an account and make an initial deposit of €29,000. During the first few weeks, everything seemed to be progressing as expected. My account displayed regular trading activity and what appeared to be consistent profits. Encouraged by these results, I continued monitoring the account and remained confident in the investment. Over time, I was encouraged to increase my participation in order to gain access to additional investment programs and enhanced trading opportunities. Based on the information available on the platform, I gradually made further deposits. Eventually, my total investment reached approximately €241,000. According to the figures displayed on my account dashboard, the value of my portfolio had increased significantly. When I decided to withdraw a portion of the funds, however, the process did not proceed as anticipated. My withdrawal request remained pending, and I was informed that several verification procedures and compliance reviews needed to be completed before any transfer could be authorized. As the process continued, additional requirements were introduced. Various administrative procedures and account verification measures were cited as necessary steps before the withdrawal could move forward. Communication became increasingly difficult, and obtaining clear information regarding the status of the request proved challenging. Concerned by the circumstances, I began gathering and preserving all relevant documentation, including transaction confirmations, account records, bank statements, screenshots, and correspondence related to the investment activity. The matter was eventually reported to the appropriate authorities for assessment. Following a preliminary review of the available information, the case was referred to VC𝚁CА for administrative coordination and documentation review. The organization assisted in examining the submitted materials and ensuring that the relevant records were properly organized and reviewed throughout the process. Over the following weeks, financial transactions and supporting documentation were carefully analyzed. Additional verification procedures were completed, and all available information was assessed as part of the review. After the process concluded, I received official confirmation that the matter had been resolved. Shortly afterward, the full amount of my invested capital, approximately €241,000, was successfully returned to my bank account. Although the experience was lengthy and required significant attention to documentation, the matter ultimately reached a positive resolution through a structured review process and the careful examination of the available records.

This company is not real it is a scam it will take all your money and you will see no returns. It is not to be trusted and not regulated by FCA. It will seem to be making you money but you will never see it. They will try and make you invest more and once you reach a high amount it's all gone as they entice you and not let you withdraw any of it

I have also lost a significant amount of money by actions undertaken by the individuals / firms that you have referenced. I would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with other victims so that a coordinated effort can be made through the FCA and the police. However, I’m sure how to contact other victims here?

As in our other review written under my wife's name Sandra ( As they keep telling Trustpilot they do not recognise us as clients) We have sent screen shots of our accounts We stated we have invested £128,500 in this company. £60,000 in loans and £68,500 in our life savings. We are pensioners 76years and 78years and we are left in serious debt (nothing like a old fool) In our Escrow account we have 75,101USD which was suppose to pay off loans of £60,000 In our savings account 101,150USD which is suppose to earn 10.45% as a Summit Account On 4xex website it states Stay flexible and ACCESS your funds at anytime as the 7.6% interest rate is paid on a monthly basis. You don't have to wait until the end of the year to earn interest like with your bank. Unfortunately we have found they promise to return our money and then do not. We have waited over a week as they knew we were going on holiday and another payment on our loans is due on 1st Month We tried to cancel our holiday but could not so have decided to go, we are not going to relax as we know we do not have the funds to service the loans. If by some miracle in a weeks time they refund our accounts as they have promised we will write another review. It is such a shame they could have been a great company, as some of the trades our account manager did were excellent. I would be interested to know if anyone with a Summit Account has been paid out, as according to the information on 4xex website it is not a problem

Extremely disappointed with the customer services for 4xex. i tried thier portal a few months ago and it was a big mistake. I was not comfortable talking to the account manager as they kept asking to share my phone screen to see what i was doing which made me very uncomfortable. I already told the account manager i did not want to trade any more and wanted to close my account. I have still been getting calls everyday, twice a day asking me if i am interested in trading and when i said that i am not interested and want to close my account and have asked several of his colleagues to close it this particular called had the audacity to tell me 'someone has got thier panties in a twist'. this just tells you what type of unprofessional people we are dealing with. I have tried to email 4xex customer services email address, however i get a message saying this email does not exist. Can anyone from 4xex give us a legitimate email address to contact them on to close this matter??? I just want my account my details deleted.

Further to my review of this company 5 days ago. They have requested further information but not provided sufficient time for this detail to be added. Furthermore they should be able to access all information from their system. My partner is still recieving calls from this companies agents from unknown mobile numbers which do not take incoming calls. This is now bordering on harassment. Not mentioned in my previous review, their agent who was running a tutorial with my partner with remote access to her PC after asking for further investment used this remote access to view personal loans via price comparison sites on my partner's PC. The agent when challenged 5 days ago during his call denied this occured until I pointed out I had been observing and they had been on speaker phone.

Unfortunately there is not minus mark. I do not recommend them at all. After I have read the company reaction I still not recommended them. The customer service have not usable answer. The senior manager and the account executive ignored and did not answered for days. They do not take any responsibility after they did.

4xEx are SCAMMERS! Do not get involved with them because you will lose your money. I invested $250 and the account manager was pestering me to invest more money by going into my online account to get the money as the bank does not want customers to invest elsewhere which I refused. At first, I could not call him so I have to wait for him to call me. When I query this he was forced to give me a number to contact him on whatsApp. Eventually, I had a call from someone telling me the company I invested in had collapsed and the Government has asked them to refund my money back to me and that I should open a cryptocurrency account with him for the refund. I refused to do this. I then spoke to my account manager and asked for a refund. The next day, I went onto the account only to find out the balance had reduced from $ 689.00 to $165.00 . I tried calling my account manager to find out what was going on but he cut off my calls every time I phone. I sent him text messages asking him to call me but he didn't. That was the end of my money. So please avoid this scammers, they team up to rob people. Be ware!!! I don't even have a number or email address so I cannot contact the company directly. My account manager told me I have too many questions when I asked for the company address and direct number. How do I contact you if I have no email or postal address?

For the third time, Forex stole my money, and I had obtained these benefits through my own efforts, but when I came to make a withdrawal of my money, they stopped the withdrawal process and they told me that you cannot withdraw your money before opening more trades. I alerted them that I had lost my money twice before because of this. Advice: I asked them to have a specialist come to help me open these trades without losing my money, and they promised me that they would transfer the interest to me on Monday, but they deliberately made me lose the money, and after a lot of grievances to the help center, they refused to help me by saying that this account is private and no one can trade. Change me, even though they trade with you through the AnyDesk program, and this is what happened to me, and I lost $17,000. This is a fraudulent company that preys on poor people to seize their money. They have a strange way of fraud and deception, and they have answers to all questions in a professional manner. When they answer me now, they will direct me to the help center. Once again, the help center does not do anything for me, whether it is to transfer me back to the same party that steals my money within their company, and it turns out that this is according to an agreement between them and it is coordinated. How do they steal the client? I will try to make profits again and withdraw the money and I will see what their next argument is. Know that I am still collecting evidence in the recent attempts to prosecute this fraudulent company, and I will put my phone number for anyone who has been defrauded by this company so that we can file a collective lawsuit against them in London 0044742403744 https://app.4xtra.io/ they have changed the name of the company but they fraud still same they steal from my account 5000 that when they hold it as a credit and I write this additional in 26 of November 4xex.com its same 4xtra.io

It got one star because no stars are accepted. If 4xex is not a scam, it’s the next thing to it. I was originally told I could get my money out in any currency however after I had deposited my money (which can only be done in $US which wasn’t told to me at the time (I thought I was depositing $Australian)), I found out that withdrawal is only in bitcoin. Very high pressure from ‘account manager’ who became upset when I told him I wanted all of my money withdrawn. 4xex. The withdrawal process took about one month and numerous emails before it was partially approved. The withdrawal approved by 4xex was for the original amount I paid but rejected the small profit I had made so it is sitting in my account. You use 4xex at your own peril.

Groomed me for days by spending hours on the phone. Got me to invest thousands of my pension and also advised that I could make more by taking out loans. They took out loans in my name by gaining access to my phone. It was going well for a while and then started to lose Money, their answer was to keep putting money in as there is a "gap" I refused and they got nasty and wished me good luck in paying all the loans back which I cannot afford and closed my account like it never existed. This company is the scum of the earth, located overseas and will take you for everything you have. Watch out for the scam reviews on here advertising other debt recovery companies they have "used" to recover their debts, as these are also a scam, they take a payment up front and they don't recover your money so be mindful of those. Best thing to do if you are dealing with this company is cut off all communication immediately and contact citizens advice, your banks, loan companies & seek legal advice. These are currently being investigated by the FCA and karma will get them.

2nd review regarding this company. They will continue to contact you. The person I was in contact with had the cheek to email me although not had contact in over a month since the scam was stopped. I had since replied to state I'm no longer interested in dealing with 4xex as I'm left with £50,000 of debt + interest! Don't deal with this company because I have had since this contact 2 additional phone calls "hey Steve how are you?" ..... surely can't be serious as if nothing is wrong. Please I warn everyone don't invest with this business they are very cunning individuals who prey on emotion and desire. Thanks to these people ive lost everything I held dear.

This is a follow up to my review at the end of September which I have just about managed to keep on-line. I was scammed by 4xex big time. I have just received an e-mail completely unsolicited presumably from another scammer. The heading to the e-mail is "4xex stolen funds" The e-mail says "Hello M, Let me know when you are free to speak I can help you". Somebody out there is advertising their activities!!! Be warned 4xex is a TOTAL SCAM and is now being followed up by a new set of scammers!!

We invested £128,500 in this company £60,000 in loans and £68,500 life savings We are pensioners 76 years, 78years and have been left with serious debt. All our trades were good and we achieved the necessary volume to be able to release our funds from our Escrow account 75,101 USD to pay off our loans. In our savings Summit account which was earning 10.45% interest we have 101,150 USD which we are informed are save and we can withdraw After requesting several times and being assured it is possible, we are still waiting to receive our money. It is looking more and more like a scam which a lot of other Trustpilot reviews are saying. We have contacted their customer service team and get the usual response. We will post reviews every day until we receive a response from 4xex as to why we are still waiting for our money to be returned

This is a scam. Have tried to request my investment be returned as too high risk and they have refused. I have contacted them multiple times by phone and email and requested my investment be returned and they have denied my requests. This has left me with absolute certainty that this is a scam and need to warn others they do not fall into the same trap. They are completely inconsiderate of my requests and will not return my investment.

SCAM BROKERS: 4XEX ARE FRADSTERS DON'T ENGAGE WITH THEM: I invested some money with them and currently my account balance holds over $700. The account executive i dealt with initially passed me on to some expert who allegedly handles HNWI, yet I was no where near that level. What this expert wanted me to do to get there was to get a loan and fund my trading account to which, on several occasions said NO. At one moment he even hanged up on me after saying I will not go into more loans for the sake of trading. To cut a long experience short, I now want to with draw my monies and they are silent on me. The account executive calls and we agree on time to sort things out but he doesn't call back at agreed time. Then he calls at an awkward times and keeps silent!!!! And 4Xex's customer service desk acts like robots. They cannot help much apart from doing as programmed. At my age I am flabbergasted! It's a pity! I wonder how such people like 4Xex's representatives who instead of working towards creating and impacting positively on people's lives......instead gang up to steal even the little we poor people have!! How do such people sleep...?! Shame on you guys. All in all, Karma is slow but sure. She always deliver. The question should not be HOW but WHEN. 4Xex and Company, your turn is fast coming. You will pay back 7 times more.

Hi, I have already wrote a review on this company couple of days ago but they don’t give a damn to resolve my issue I even told them that I will disclose this on all the media’s, but still they are not ready to give my money back I have all the proof of the transaction I have done, the amount of money I invested, the amount of money I have gained from trading and the amount of money they have fooled me to trade on wrong trades. Guys please please stay totally away from this big scam company 4xEx.com. Please don’t come in contact with this scam company. They just want to ruin your money so please stay away. I will keep on posting to let everybody know what fraud this company is until I get my money back and I am ready to take this to a higher level. This was the same reply from the company I got earlier but nothing happened they keep saying their customer support is their out most satisfaction but nothing has improved and solutions to resolve the issues
