Stay away from this broker, It’s a 100% scam, IMPORTANT The company repeatedly asked me to pay taxes on capital gains before processing the withdrawal. My withdrawal request for $371,830 USD, submitted on febuary 20, was not fulfilled. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days.... seek help if you can. Based on this ordeal, my advice to prospective clients is to avoid this platform.
Absolutely the worst broker ever. Constant slippage, no MT5 platform, zero support, and they do not approve withdrawals. In my experience, this broker is completely unreliable. I strongly advise everyone to stay away
I’ve had a really bad experience with this trading company. Withdrawals are extremely slow, taking much longer than expected, and support isn’t helpful at all. They also don’t offer MT4 or MT5, which makes trading much more limited and inconvenient. Overall, not a reliable or professional broker — I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth trading experience.

Tight spreads and reliable Relationship Manager Initially I was reluctant at first working with the RM but Matthew provided me with a specific portfolio to even withraw my bonus. 2 month plan to compound the initial capital. Got my withdrawal within 3 days. Good signals, 65-70% accuracy BUT best signals was from Trading Central. They gave me a trial period of 2 weeks. Very beneficial for resistance and support levels. The best scam brokers They will create a situation to pump in more cash. shameless bastards. Mr.Ajmal(Hotrades Account Manager) suggest me to take money from my credit card & trade saying that we can withdraw money on the month end.They will trap your money in their wallet in the name of bonus trades,protective trades etc. once we are about to withdraw money, we cant do it. they wont explain it all in the beginning. When i didnt input the money after i deposited almost 3450USD, Some other representatives - Gino & George called me to convince to put extra 1550 USD to make it as a prime account. Terrorists & thieves are far better than these guys Now i am trading with Exness. i am damn good with their services
With zero knowledge the sales person was able to convince me to start trading and but due to one rude call on wrong timings I decided not to go further now want to withdraw here they left me alone with no one to help me n when u feel anxiety I saw this platform where customer services were replying so I what's app them asked them to guide me how to do withdrawal n though did few mistakes but still helped me to their best so 10/10 to 24markets.com customer services thank you. Misleading Bonus Offers: I was told over the phone that I would receive a 100% bonus, but they didn’t explain the terms and conditions. I accept that I should have checked, but the truth is — to withdraw profits from a bonus, you’re required to trade very large lots, which is nearly impossible. If you don’t meet the conditions, all your profits go to the broker. Fake “Protection Trades”: Be careful with so-called "protection trades." A person (from South Africa) told me I could trade 5 lots with a $5,000 account and would get a full refund if I lost. In that trade, $2,000 was taken as commission, and the remaining balance was wiped out. After multiple follow-ups, they refunded only $2,300, and that too as equity, not real balance. My actual balance still shows -$5,000. High Costs: Their commissions and swap rates are extremely high compared to other brokers. Poor Communication: They don’t answer phone calls — all communication is through internet calls or WhatsApp. Even then, they only reply after you send many messages. Unreliable Trading Signals: Their signals are not trustworthy. They often don’t allow you to set a Stop Loss, and they discourage closing trades at a loss — which is extremely risky. (thats also my fault i trust them and dont keep SL. Totally i lost nearly 15000USD
SCAMMERS.... Do not put money here. Now they changed 24markets.com to hotrades.com. They will show some profit in the beginning, and later they will know how to make losses for you and get all your money. Always look for Brokers who are authorized in your country.
