24 Yield customer reviews

Reviews

I have been with 24Yield since October 2024. Since working carefully and consistently with my accountant manager I have more than 10X-ed my initial investment. They have guided me, taught me about fundamental and technical analyses and I have learnt an enormous amount. The customer service team is excellent. I speak with my accountant manager almost everyday- that might not be for everyone but I like it very much andxthey do it upon my request. I am a very conservative trader and this has always been respected and supported. I am in this for the long haul, I’m very happy with 24Yield and recommend them without hesitation.
Me and my community vouch for 24yield! There will always be someone who isn't happy, you guys cannot satisfy every guy's twisted expectations. Keep doing what you're doing, your happy customers are here for you!

My partner and I both have accounts here. I have recommended the platform to a few colleagues of mine and all of us have seen nothing but good support and steady growth on the account. Right off the bat we explained to our advisor that we don't want to be risky players, so he created our strategy in a way that we understood and felt comfortable with. When our son turns 18 we will open another account for him to practice on. So it goes without saying we are very satisfied.
Good service. Fees could be lower but I'm still happy. The account manager explained that my fees will get lower when I research the next account type. I guess I just need the patience to build the account. Otherwise happy!
Best Copy Trading system on the market! I've tested multiple. This is the only one that actually worked. Bot, Algo all that just doesn't compare with the consistence of the Copy Trading.
Consistence is the name of the game! They have proven themselves to me over and over and over again! Thank you people!!!
They have earned my trust. 2 years of solid growth. Some losses here and there but I'm still profitable. Far more than the interest with my bank.

Finally, a broker not full of pushy salesman 😂😂😂. They have been super patient with me. I'm the type of person that likes to take their time. No pressure from them at all.
Robert has been very helpful. He guided me through all this as I'm a first timer. I'm starting to get the hang of this and I'm so glad that I actually gave this a shot.
Thank you for the support! I never expected that I could make money online. All these fake online courses that I paid thousands for haven't taught me 1% of what my advisor did.
The service seems super helpful for people who seek education. The platform looks very easy to use, I've been playing around with it for a week now and it already feels familiar. Their representative that got in touch with me took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I'm very excited to have some liquid funds to get this started!
I'm new to trading, but the copy traders and the advisor sessions made things much, much easier. Great combo. I'm learning and at the same time making some small but steady profit. That balance works well for me as I work 14 hours a day. I get together with the advisor every Tuesday and Friday, even with this little time I feel like I've learned a whole lot.
Didn't expect much when I started but it's actually been a good experience. The advisor sessions are super helpful for me. I haven't seen other platforms provide this much assistance. I guess it makes sense since they make money when we trade. I wish this was my first experience, would've saved me thousands😂😂😂
If you are here most probably you wonder if it is worth giving them a try. Based on the last year with them here is what I have to say: -Withdrawals are fast and simple, no need to wait for any approval. -Market analysis which they provide is good and accurate most of the time. -A lot of trading instruments, but short on crypto coins. -Learning materials are very good(this is what I like the most) -Spreads are a bit higher than other brokers I've traded with, however they don't have any other commissions. Conclusion: Worth the try!
The Copytrader system works perfectly fine, having in mind you don't need to spend much time on it. The only thing I dislike about it is that I cannot follow a few traders with a smaller balance. I get the fact that this will expose me to more risk, but the way I see it, higher risk=higher reward. Otherwise a very useful system.
Good platform. Not much to say so far cuz I've been with them only for 3 months.

Signals are spot on! Based on my calculation success rate is over 75% which is much better than anything else I've tried.
I have never seen such a level of guidance. On my other accounts with other brokers there is barely any customer support, let alone education and recommendations.

My reviews are not fake and, I’m not selling anything. I submitted all the necessary evidence/documentation to trust pilot to prove my reviews and, experience were genuine. All the people saying how great it is you’ll learn and, I’ll love to say ‘I told you so’.

Don't buy into these fake negative reviews! If you take a closer look you'll see all of them advertise something. I've been with them for years now and all of these claims have nothing to do with reality. Don't trust everything you see on the internet! It's for your own good.

Never had an issues. Read some negative reviews here today and they seem irrelevant. Don't trust everything you see on the internet. I've been with them for a long time and never had any problems with withdrawals or my account manager. I suspect that the negative reviews are competitors.

This is a scam, and this is how it works: they somehow find your number and ask you to work with them, as you will have permanent advice for them. If you do your homework well, an interrogation on Chat GPT will reveal that they are forbidden in the UK and they are poorly regulated. Unfortunately, I got into their review on investing.com, which give them 4.5/5, claiming they are strongly regulated. They are not. Also, their swaps/ spreads are 20 to 100 times higher than market average, but they will try to blind you with “zero commission”. Then after putting in an amount of money, they recommend a copy trader and in a very short period of time the copy trader doubles your money or more. Afterwards they insist for you to put more money, as they will give you a bonus equal to or half the money you place with them. If you accept, you are trapped, because the bonus come with restrictions: until you do a certain, quite high, volume of trading (which they claim that “the best traders” can met in 2-3 months) you can withdraw only 30% of your equity. Then the copy trader starts working against you and after a period you get close to margin call. In my case he bets against Nasdaq US100 index, after tariffs turmoil, when it was clear that the index would rise. They will call you very alerted and insist for you to put more money as they were able to obtain a “very good deal for you” by giving a bonus equal to the money you put there. In all this time the daily swaps are 0.4%-0.7% of your account balance per day. Even if you put the money, soon you are in the same situation. Close to margin call. So, they call again, asking for more money, as this time sure you will get out of this. Of course, with big efforts, they are able to offer you the same “bonus”. Here I stopped. What will you do?
I like the service, the app is very easy to use
It was all good at the beginning and it was a complete emotional and logical turmoil. I have started investing small and conservative, it goes well so I added more as per my account managers advice together with the reward bonus that will be used in my portfolio. However, as time goes by I cannot make certain transactions in my account. Also, there was a down time where the complete app was not accessible without prior notice. The account grew a lot for just more than a month, but when I told my Account Manager that I wanted to close my account, everything when downfall. Complete losses start piling up and what is even worse is the bonus they provide was taken back. So all the losses were on my investment. I hope this will be closed so they can stop doing this from other people. Spreading this for awareness.

I was recently contacted by a broker called 24Yield. They claimed to be regulated under MiFID and even shared a link to a “review” on Investing.com. It all sounded professional — but something felt off. After looking deeper, I found that the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published official warnings about both 24Yield and another brand called FXMeridian. These firms are operating without licenses in the UK. They claim to be regulated through a company in Bulgaria (Ever Financial AD), but in reality, they operate via offshore entities in places like Vanuatu, Comoros, and the Marshall Islands. These jurisdictions are commonly used to avoid financial oversight. Their websites (24Yield, FXMeridian, VoyaFX, RS-Prime, etc.) are nearly identical — same design, same admin panels, shared IP infrastructure, and nearly copy-pasted legal disclaimers. It’s clearly one system with different front names. I also saw multiple complaints online about withdrawal issues, pushy “account managers,” and fake-looking reviews. That “Investing.com review” they sent? It’s just a self-submitted broker directory page — not a real editorial. If you’re contacted by any of these brands, I strongly recommend not sending them money and reporting them to your country’s financial regulator.

My wife and, I invested with 24 yield. They lied and misold the platform to us. They told us they would make us 30% a month. Our trades were constantly losing and, there was constant pressure to invest more money from our account manager George Kovac he kept asking about how much money we had and, telling us we had to invest more. We had to take a really firm stance with him in the end. We constantly expressed concerns about a margin call/losing all our money. They kept saying to trust them. We also expressed concerns about the fact it said on their website ‘71 % of retail CFD accounts lose money’ they said that is only if you trade on your own and, not with them. My wife kept saying she didn’t want to invest more money and, that she no longer wanted to trade with them. Her concerns were dismissed. When the account did end up in a margin call we were phoned and, demanded to add £4k more to the account. When we refused they kept ringing and, putting more pressure on us. We eventually agreed to add £2k more. All the money was lost and, we were told it as our fault for not adding more. I also think a lot of their 5 star reviews are fake. They are not regulated like they claim to be either and the FCA have put a warning about this company on their website.

I actually have enough other things to do, including dealing with my health issues, than write reviews. But I definitely can't let this go unnoticed, and I'm angry. Because I used the money I saved from my salary and had a goal to protect it from inflation and make a reasonable profit. Extremely frustrating, stressful, tiring and negative experience in "trading" with 24Yield. It's like throwing money out the window. And to withdraw even the deposit amount is like a dream or a fairy tale. It amazes me, that on investing.com, they have a positive review as a heavily regulated broker: 24Yield is heavily regulated by multiple authorities including CySEC, FMA, and several others across Europe and beyond, ensuring a high standard of trust and security for its traders... The broker’s dedication to security, through stringent anti-fraud measures and segregated accounts, instills confidence among its users.) And this is the one review was brought to my attention by the contact person. When I asked why the 24Yield website states that 71% of accounts lose money, I was told that this applies to traders who trade on their own, but not to accounts supervised by an account manager and who use full-time copy traders. But of course that can't be true. Before you want to try trading with 24Yield, you should also check out cssf.lu, YouTube videos: "24Yield.com Review (Fraudulent Broker)", "SCAM WARNING! Can't Withdraw from 24yield.com? Here's What We Found!", and see also the warning at FCA, or even Bank of Russia: Signs of illegal professional securities market participant. I made my first deposit in 2024-07-30, only €461, and the result is that after a progressive deposit of 6561 (this year a total of €1600, also to maintain margin level, with 24Yield bonuses €10,592.18). The last deposit of €500 was in 2025-03-07 and the bonus of €500 - Margin level was around 80% and it didn't help. In 2025-03-31 my trading account went bankrupt. If they offer even bonuses, then why are they accept copied trades that I can call as gambling, with zero risk management as I state in the link below. I think any fulltime trader can realise quickly enough that the market is going against an open position and it is better to close the trade at a lower loss than to continue nonsensically holding the position and deepening the loss and paying interest swap. I don't know if fulltime traders are even real or just fictious. When I asked about it, account managet told me that they hold positions in lose state because no one wants to lose money in the market, and that they have no contacts to them!? I feel that account manager´s (G. K.) main task is to extract as much deposit from you as possible, and to recommend to open and hold positions (because "some positions need time to develop profitably") in order to pay money for the interest swap. Account manager is experienced and prescient in luring deposits. They have no problem reeling you in for more than half an hour..., because: It makes sense that you can earn more, you can open more trades at a higher amount, you can profit on earning season, you can copy more traders, let´s show you how profitable trading with 24Yield can be, etc. And they entice you to deposit more by offering bonuses. They even tried to persuade me to make another deposit after more than 7 months, because of the increase in margin level (market is against you), even though from the beginning the badly opened copied positions only deepened the loss and could only be partially corrected by hedging. Account manager is touted as having over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. If he had told me that at least some of that time was experience of managed wiping out trading account, I would have considered that more accurate. The fact is that the positions that caused the highest losses were opened by me based on the persuasive recommendation of account manager. For example, crypto without stoploss. If I closed one trade that hit SL, I was strongly advised to open a buy position without SL, because crypto is very volatile, and the new U.S. presidet, is very crypto positive, so surely crypto will rise. He then told me several times to close hedge sell positions. I did it once - at a lower loss, but I had to hedge again as crypto continued to fall, and I made a profit on the sell positions. For a better idea, information on specific interest swap amounts deducted from the trading account and specific examples of trades opened by copied traders, and additional screenshots of my notes are in the files at: webshare.cz (search for 24yield; files 24yield-summary-rev.pdf, 24yield-review-email.JPG, 24Yield_investing.JPG). And I'm not done yet...
Don't bother, absolute rob dogs Scam! Stay away or you will lose all your money. They claim to be regulated but, doubtful they are

Very untrustworthy/unsafe platform. They will promise you big returns but, this is not the case. No risk management and, all your money will be lost.

All looked well until I refused to load any more money into account. Lost all contact with advisor , even main front desk line is not working anymore. Best scam ever I got myself into. And bonus , don't let me start about it. You need to trade 38 unit size on gold to convert 6 usd into available cash. And only full amount converted , available to withdraw , but I will never find out. After so many lies and misleading information by advisor about bonus, all help stopped after told them , that I will not invest any more into this Lost 7.2k on this platform and advisor helped with part of it. Remaining loss is my own. Trading gold,Spread is massive( 0.50 USD approx )and swap is even bigger.( 1.1 USD for holding 1unit, about 0.01 standart lot size) My honest advice: STAY AWAY AND TRADE ELSEWHERE.
