24 News Trade, operating via the domain 24news.trade, has been flagged by multiple European regulators as unauthorised. Spain’s CNMV listed an “unauthorised” warning dated 15 June 2020 naming Baumont Group Ltd and the websites 24news.trade and 24news.tools. Austria’s FMA published a warning on 11 September 2021 against “24NewsTrade / Baumont Group LTD,” listing contact emails and stating the provider has no authorisation to conduct banking business in Austria; the notice was also published in the Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung on that date. Luxembourg’s CSSF issued a warning on 14 September 2021 stating that “24NewsTrade” offers investment services on 24news.trade while pretending to be established at 32–36 bd d’Avranches, L‑1160 Luxembourg, and clarifying that the entity is not regulated and has not been granted any authorisation to provide investment or other financial services in or from Luxembourg.
