Customer support at Yadix has been great - always available when I need assistance. The free trading signals they provide are also helpful, and the recent performance was impressive in January.

I urge everyone to avoid this company that refused to return my money, reiterating absurd requests with the excuse of AML policy. I have accounts opened with at least 20 other brokers of which a dozen under the same regulator, and no one has ever had any problems of any kind. The issue is very serious and I want to take legal action. If anyone has had the same problem of refused withdrawal of funds, please contact me at serserbroker @ gmail.com. A class action will definitely be more effective.
