I'm scalping with standard account using unlimited leverage, after the news time stated in the T&C my account still using normal leverage instead of automatically updates back unlimited leverage, my equity also below $1000. Lost my money because of these stupid glitch, execution speed also slow. Delay few miliseconds before closing or placing the trades. Reason they give me is my internet slow when it's not. My wifi 300mbps how slow?
⚠️ Scammed by TIOmarkets – Fake Support & Fake Office My boyfriend has been scammed by this brokerage firm TIOmarkets. He requested a withdrawal of his funds on Friday 03/10/2025. It was meant to take only two business days to process, but by Wednesday 08/10/2025 the money never arrived — instead, his entire trading account (ID No: 1085362) was wiped and his balance disappeared. You cannot reach them directly: – Their “support” chat is automated and refreshes so messages never submit. – Emails go unanswered. – The two phone numbers they provide (+44 203 865 2275 and 020 3677 0013) are not genuine customer support lines. – Their so-called “help line” and customer service are all fake. We also discovered that the office photo shown on their website is AI-generated they’ve used an image of a real bank named ‘alpha bank’ building and digitally altered it to present as their own brokerage office. This further proves that their online presence is deceptive. When challenged publicly, they reply to reviews saying they “can’t find the account on file,” which is misleading. We have payment receipts, full records, and screenshots showing the account before it was wiped. We are reporting this to UK Action Fraud, Cyber Crime authorities, and ReportCyber Australia, and have already notified the Australian financial authorities. All evidence will be provided to investigators. I’m posting this review to warn other traders: be extremely cautious. We’ve given TIOmarkets until Friday to resolve the matter and return the funds. 👉 This experience feels like a SCAM. Avoid TIOmarkets at all costs. I’m not stopping until my boyfriend gets his money back. Most people give up at this stage, but I’m determined to see justice served.
I have been using TioMarkets since 2020 and overall my experience has been very positive. Recently, I faced an issue with my TIOX payouts, which suddenly stopped. I contacted customer support, and they responded quickly, investigated the matter, and ensured that all pending payouts were credited to my account. I truly appreciate their professionalism, transparency, and fast resolution. It shows the company values its long-term clients and stands by its commitments. I’m happy to continue with TioMarkets and highly recommend them.

The problem is when I want to withdraw, there is no other option available without the bank. We want to withdraw from other options so that there is no big delay like the bank.
It was a very bad experience with TIO Markets. There is a deliberate delay in closing trades, which causes the client to lose. For example: I had trades in profit of $21, and when I tried to close them, they only closed after the profit dropped to $12. Another trade was at $18 profit, but it only closed when the profit fell to $9. A third trade was at a $6 loss, but it closed only after the loss reached $13.5. A fourth trade was at a $7 loss, but it closed after the loss increased to $16. I am a scalper who closes trades very quickly, and I have partnerships with many reputable brokers such as Exness, IC Markets, and several others. I also manage trading-related accounts on social media. When I raised a complaint by email, their reply was delayed for a day and a half, while inquiries about deposits were answered within minutes. I strongly advise against using this broker. They are a scam company that only wants you to lose money.
