This broker refused to give me my profits and made the process extremely complicated to keep them for himself, using unjustified excuses. I still haven't been able to withdraw the money. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this broker, even if they claim to be good; they are a very bad broker.

I made a deposit on 30-10-2025. Amount deducted from my bank account,but not received in my tickmill wallet.I ask tickmill support many times to solve this.but they asked me to go with banking ombudsman.then I approached to my bank. They ask me to provide counter party's bank statement. Then I mailed tickmill to provide this if their policies are fair but instead of providing they repeatedly asked me to go with banking ombudsman. I mailed them many times.now I think I have loosed my hardearned money.so friends never trust tickmill.

Very Disappointed With Tickmill – Unfair Spreads & Poor Transparency I’ve been trading for years, and my recent experience with Tickmill has been extremely disappointing. During the forex settlement/rollover time, the spreads on NZDCAD suddenly widened massively while other pairs remained normal. Because of this unexpected spike, my trade hit the target unfairly and caused unnecessary loss. This kind of manipulation-like spread behavior is unacceptable, especially from a broker that claims to be transparent and trader-friendly. There was no clear warning, no explanation, and the support team didn’t provide any proper solution. A broker must protect clients, not take advantage of volatility during sensitive times. After this experience, I no longer trust Tickmill and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable trading environment.
Honestly, ive been with Tickmill almost 3 years now, and they’re easily the most consistent broker I’ve used. RAW account spreads stay tight, deposits fast and support always polite when I have small platform questions

On December 8, 2023, I transferred 23,000 USDT to my Tickmill account via the OKX exchange. Despite providing Tickmill with all the necessary information, including the full transaction ID, this amount has not been credited to my account and it appears that my funds have been withheld. For approximately three days, I have repeatedly contacted customer service via both email and phone, but no concrete solution has been offered. I am only experiencing a process of being kept waiting and stalled, which is undermining trust and creating victimization. My request is for the $23,000 USDT to be transferred to my Tickmill account without delay and in full, or for the same amount to be refunded to me. I want this injustice to be rectified immediately and for the process to be explained transparently.
TBH, I like how the spreads stay consistent. No wild spikes when I open a trade. Makes me feel in control. Also, there are no commissions on my classic account, which means costs are very low. Tickmill excels on this front.
Never join. Worst broker in the world. Deposit is very fast. But withdrwing your profits is difficilt task. They want you to loose money and keep depisiting. If you request for withdraeal it is a nightmare. Neve ever jion.

MT5 desktop feels clean and simple. I add indicators quick, no overload like some platforms. Since last month I started experimenting with some of the tools provided with acuity trading. Looks promising thus far.
Reliability is good, I trust the pricing and withdrawals always arrive. But more stock options would be ideal. I want to trade US tech giants directly, not only speculative CFDs. Hope they consider it soon.

Solid broker when it comes to spreads and platform stability. But please consider adding cash stocks alongside CFDs. Some of us like to build longer-term portfolios without needing a separate account elsewhere.

I focus on indices lately and results are good. Orders fill instantly even when volatility hits. Means a lot. Also, these instruments are liquid and daily ranges are narrower…makes order management a bit less stressful in my case. Cheers!
