La cosa che pesa di più non è soltanto aver perso i fondi, ma il modo in cui TenTrade sta affrontando l’intera situazione. Continuate a fare riferimento a presunte “parti esterne” e a chiarimenti che dite di aver già fornito, quando in realtà non avete mai risposto in modo diretto o concreto alle domande che Vi sono state rivolte. È impossibile non percepire questa mancanza di chiarezza come un’ingiustizia. Il denaro investito non era un gioco: era frutto di impegno, di risparmi, di lavoro. Mi sono fidato della piattaforma, ho visto crescere il mio saldo, ma alla fine né il capitale né i profitti sono tornati indietro. E ciò che fa ancora più male è che non sia arrivata una spiegazione seria o un minimo di attenzione verso chi ha creduto in Voi. È deludente vedere un’azienda ignorare completamente le responsabilità nei confronti di un cliente. Continuare a parlare di un soggetto terzo non annulla un fatto semplice: i miei fondi erano sotto la vostra gestione, ed è con voi che sono scomparsi. Condivido questa recensione affinché chiunque stia pensando di investire attraverso TenTrade ne comprenda appieno il rischio. You continue to refer to alleged "external parties" and clarifications that you say you have already provided, when in fact you have never answered directly or concretely the questions that have been put to you. It is impossible not to perceive this lack of clarity as an injustice. The money invested was not a game: it was the result of commitment, savings, work. I trusted the platform, saw my balance grow, but in the end, neither the capital nor the profits came back. And what hurts even more is that there has not been a serious explanation or a minimum of attention towards those who believed in you. It's disappointing to see a company completely ignore responsibilities to a customer. Continuing to talk about a third party does not cancel out a simple fact: my funds were under your management, and it is with you that they disappeared. I am sharing this review so that anyone who is thinking of investing through TenTrade fully understands the risk. No one should feel the same sense of bewilderment, helplessness and disrespect that I am feeling.
They make you invest with nice promises, but when you try to get your capital back, they give you nothing. An experience to avoid. Unfortunately, your response is just an attempt to shift the focus. You speak of 'third parties' and 'clarifications already provided,' when in reality, I have never received an answer to my repeated requests for explanation. I provided my documents and deposited real money with TenTrade. I followed all your procedures, generated real and verifiable profits, yet you have not returned either the capital or the earnings. The account was with you, and you are the one who has withheld my funds without offering any justification. You claim to have 'already clarified everything,' but you have not responded, not even once, to my emails. I sincerely hope that anyone who reads this review understands the risk they are facing and reflects carefully before entrusting their money to a company that guarantees neither transparency nor protection for its clients.

I can say tentrade is one of the best prop firms out there to be honest what I lent in the academy where I learned how to trade is 20% the remaining 80% which is discipline are all from tentrade And for payouts they are fast and reliable kudos to tentrade
My friend and I made legit profit trading #XAUUSD manually, no bots, no latency tools. But withdrawal is being blocked, and they’re claiming “latency arbitrage” It is unfair to retail traders. For days now they haven’t said anything or even try to resolve this. They wiped the account both my $1700 profit and my capital.
Earlier when i started trading with Tentrades at first i thought I won't cope with there Rules,but later on i realize is never a hard one to keep, Tentrades gives that Good room to stay consistent as a Trader...keep up the Great Work Though I would also like to emphasize on this payout rule of waiting upto 15 days after making profit ...if they Reduce it, i think it will still be favourable to us Traders

I invested believing Ten Trade was a serious broker, but they never returned the money I deposited. This broker holds funds without reason.
One of the most reliable broker/prop firm who'll ever work with. Fast withdrawal, fast customer service and friendly account managers. I dreaded the prop firm rules initially but now I enjoy trading with it because it has helped me to remain consistent which translates to consistent withdrawal.
This new rule of daily profit rule is really annoying
This firm has a very transparent and a fast payment process.
What I didn't like most was that the withdrawal did not come instant, it was delayed a little bit. What I don't like again is the daily profit rule, it is very difficult for some of us to understand this rule. I think we should have more freedom to trade and make money 🤑 as we like.
My experience with Tentrade has been nothing short of amazing. Their withdrawal is fast and easy and their customer service is just remarkable. If you have the right trading skill and are looking for a prop firm to scale up your performance then Tentrade is the prop for you. While others may view the profit factor rule as a limitations I see it as a avenue to learn consistency and discipline which is a trait that ensure longevity in this business.

⚠️ Bad Review – This is a Scam Broker This is a scam broker. I deposited $100 into my account and made a $200 profit through trading. When I tried to withdraw my money, they rejected my withdrawal request three times. I did not violate any terms or conditions, yet they suddenly told me that I must complete 15 standard lots before I can withdraw my funds. This requirement was never mentioned clearly anywhere on their website or in their rules. That’s why I believe this is a scam broker. I strongly warn others not to trade with this company, otherwise you will lose your money just like I did.
