Summary
Reviews about T4Trade are sharply polarized. Some clients describe positive experiences, praising individual brokers like Mark Cohen and James for professionalism, regular communication, personal attention, and transparency in executing trades and processing withdrawals. These users highlight good customer support, informative updates, and an intuitive trading platform. However, the overwhelming majority report serious issues involving blocked withdrawals, locked accounts, disappearing balances, unauthorized trades, and lost funds. Many investors accuse the company of fraudulent behavior such as manipulating accounts, fabricating profits, deducting hidden fees, or insisting clients pay additional charges to recover money. Several reviewers state they recovered funds only through chargebacks from their banks after reporting fraud. There are claims of unethical practices, deceptive advertising, and unregulated operations. Some users describe being scammed out of thousands of pounds and warn others to avoid the company. Overall, despite a small number of satisfied clients, the dominant narrative portrays T4Trade as a high-risk or potentially fraudulent broker with serious withdrawal and transparency problems.

Ive set up a few accounts on trading platforms and i would say these are one of the best, the web site is easy to use, getting pay-outs pretty easy compared to some ive used. Contacting customer service very easy and they are quick to respond. Where they lost a star which in all fairness is also down to me for not reading. I signed up through an affiliate for his signals which to be honest were not that great, so i used this account for my own trading and signals from others i have signed up for. I made around 4500 in around 7 weeks which paid me back my deposits and they took back the bonus deposits. I took another grand out only to find they took a grand out, when i quizzed this they referred me to there terms, apparently the scheme i signed up for 100 percent deposit, any profits made they take 50 percent, which is very steep. I can get a 100k funded account with better terms 80 20 in my favour, so to take 50 percent is a bit of a sting in the tail. But end of day my fault i should have read the terms and conditions more thoroughly, with all other trading accounts ive never experienced this, ive never had one take this amount of commission, closest was a funded account who took 20 percent but the issue with funded is the swap fees etc are high. They do, do accounts that they dont take half your profits i may look into them based on there customer service being good. But yes if your new to trading read the small print, getting half your profits taken is a bit much, avoid the 100 percent deposit accounts.

Good morning. The company contacted me to give me an update on my review. The representative apologised for the way in which my situation was handled and give me back all that I have invested £200in a good will gesture. My complaint was handled in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the outcome

The only issue is that I can’t offer negative stars. After I grew up an account from 250 to 1200 and asked for a 150 withdrawal. I found my self locked outside ( my password is no longer correct) and my account burned with XRP transactions that I never did. 💯 % SCAM

As soon as I attempted to get any money back from my trading account. Firstly the withdrawal was refused for no good reason. Secondly as soon as I complained my account was completely drained of equity. They have stolen what little money I have from me. My trading account now has less than £3 in it. Upset with these people is an understatement I have stronger language in my mouth. They have simply ripped off an old man with little income. {Updated here} Here is my story... Although the money I have personally lost is the equivalent of a good meal in a fancy restaurant for many of the people in this organisation it actauly meant quite a lot to me. I'm not a rich man and was in fact stashing away a small amount of money for a rainy day. I followed a link at the side of a web page that I was looking at. Tempted by the idea of letting an AI do the investing for me. I left my details and was called back shortly later by an account manager. This was on the 18th June. I was talked through setting up an account and putting in my personal details for account validation, I was told to use the default 500:1 leverage etc... All went ahead fine. I put in a small test amount of £250 and I could log in and see how my investment was doing from time to time. A couple of weeks later I was called again by my account manager who said my meagre investment of £250 had made £35 he suggested I double my investment. Wow great... So I put in a little more on 6th July. After that point I saw no change in that profit of £35. My problems came when I needed money. I closed all orders on my account and tried to take out my equity which had dropped to £488 due to fees etc... At the same time I changed my leverage from 500:1 to 1:1 to avoid being exposed as 500:1 trading is extremely risky to a little equity. I tried in fact to take £480 out. This was refused because apparently there wasn't enough equity in my account. Immediately after trying to withdraw any money my login to the system became locked in fact with a 401 "not found" error from the login server (I had to look at the web console for this). I questioned this in an email on 15th September but couldn't at the time talk to another account manager when one contacted me. He was going to "explain"? about things to me. I was pretty much guessing he'd be trying to talk me out of taking out my money or saying why I couldn't due to this that or the other financial mumbo jumbo. When I could log again when I tried a few hours later on, all the figures on my trading view had completely changed. I smelt a rat at that point. I left this for a couple of days deciding what to do about it and it appears that overnight my equity was completely drained from my account. Despite my trading exposure of 1:1 and gold being on the up there should have been no losses on this account unless this whizzy fantastic AI trading bot is a completely pointless imbecile. It seems that when I made an attempt to take out any money, my account was altered in some way that primed it for being sucked dry. Looking at my trading report which never made much sense to me anyway. There was this one entry that looked kind of odd and had a different name to it I hadn't seen before. This is a story now that I have heard about your company many times. I've only lost £500. There are some who have lost thousands to this method of preventing withdrawal and then draining the account. My terminology in referring to you stands. I don't want to see this happen to others hence the bad review on Trustpilot. As an addendum I have very rapidly got a refund of all payments made to this company by my bank after reporting the fraud. They're aware of this company and didn't even ask me for further details. In response to the chargeback request I got an email from t4trade saying they'd be taking £60 in chargeback fees. They can swivel for that. I got the whole lot back in three days.

The consultants are all multi millionaires on the back of their expert trading and their clients are likewise. I put 200 quid in which grew to 360 and decided not to invest more so it quickly went down to zero. I won 500 at Newmarket races on Saturday and prefer this form of gambling. It's not a scam but you need to be richer than me to use the service.

When i first spoke to James the manager of t4trade in London I knew I was speaking to the right person to listen to what I wanted and his confidence and the knowledge made me realised this was the company for me. He phoned personally every Friday to let me know how I was doing and also asked if I wanted any money back. He definitely runs a smooth operation. If James was unavailable KT or Mia would help me or take a message for him. He also has a lovely Tech Lady who has the knowledge and patience to put up with me being do slow. I don't know what I would have done without her. It was my lucky day contacting t4trade and speaking to James. I was in hospital from 1st August to 28th August and James phoned a few times a week to see how I was feeling.

I initially signed up in August. Mark Cohen, broker, has completed a series of successful XAUUSD trades, leading to a withdrawl of circa 7.5K received back to my bank account which proves the process and demonstrates integrity. Mark also provides Wire updates on an almost daily basis re the economic calender and world events which are relevant to XAUUSD trading. In addition to this Mark is effective at developing the client relationship and I intend to continue building exactly this in the long term.

If you don't want to lose any money then keep away from this company. They pretend to be regulated by FCA but are based in Seychells so you can't touch them. They keep pushing you invest more money and offer you an equal amount of bonus. But when you want to withdraw profits, they prevent you from doing so based on your margins on the account. And if you try to withdraw money, thr manager steps in to pressurise you to invest more money to increase your margins so the trades placed doesn't close. You'd never with these guys. They are thieving bastards who are not regulated and are not answerable to any one. Do keep away from these lot. Find a legitimate company in UK regulated by FCA. Be warned ⚠️

Severely Misled – Lost £72,000 with T4Trade Distressing Experience – Unable to Recover £72,000 from T4Trade I’m an elderly widow who began looking for a trustworthy investment company shortly after losing my husband. T4Trade appeared reliable due to their excellent TrustPilot ratings at the time. I have difficulty with my vision and using technology, which made me particularly susceptible. When I reached out to T4Trade, a representative quickly took over, saying he would personally handle the entire process. I now believe he deliberately took advantage of my vulnerability. What happened: The representative made confident promises of high returns and persuaded me to invest what ended up being £71,650 starting in July 2024 — money I had set aside for vital building work. I was clear that I needed the funds returned before Christmas 2024 to pay my builders. He agreed. The account appeared to grow to almost £100,000 on their trading platform. This "success" was then used to push me into investing more, using funds from a property I was renovating. Once it became clear there was no additional money available, he began emptying the account. My balance declined gradually over a few months, despite my repeated, urgent requests to withdraw my funds. By September 2024, my funds were down to £3.09. Then, another person contacted me claiming to be a manager. He said the original representative had been fired, and added £20,000 to the account as "compensation." This was likely just a tactic to buy time — the money was slowly drained again until only £76.26 remained. Consequences: I had to pause my renovation project and let my builders go. This ordeal has been emotionally and financially devastating, especially as I am dealing with the loss of my husband. Ongoing actions: I’ve submitted reports and evidence to the Seychelles FSA, CySEC in Cyprus, and local authorities. Ongoing investigations by Action Fraud, and the NFIB, and a journalist. I later discovered T4Trade is listed among companies unlawfully operating at: crypto legal uk. Please be extremely cautious. I am sharing my experience in hopes of preventing this from happening to anyone else.

T4Trade is not a broker. They are not regulated. They are not legitimate. They are a criminal organisation running a financial slaughterhouse for traders. If you send them a single penny, kiss it goodbye — you will NEVER see it again. I requested a withdrawal — they ignored it completely. they are calculated predators 💀 Here’s how this scam operates step-by-step: • Rigged price feeds: I’ve compared their charts to TradingView — they don’t match by miles. They create fake spikes, artificial crashes, and manipulated movements purely to liquidate your positions. • Engineered loss traps: They load you with swap fees, manipulate leverage, and mess with spread sizes to destroy your equity. • ZERO withdrawals — EVER: This is not “delayed” withdrawals. This is NO withdrawals. Period. • Fake “social media influencers ” like Switzy and DMO — social media scammers who bait you in with “deposit £300, we’ll match £300” lies. That £300 is vanished the second it hits their system. • Preying on desperate traders: They target struggling, inexperienced traders with dreams of success, then gut their accounts with cold precision. This is not bad service — it is premeditated, industrial-scale theft. 📌 Evidence: I have full proof — screenshots, videos, chat logs, timestamps — all showing ignored withdrawals, rigged trades, and fake data. ⚠️ FINAL WARNING: • Do NOT deposit here. • Do NOT speak to their reps. • Do NOT believe their “bonus offers.” • Avoid T4Trade like you would avoid a burning building filled with explosives. T4Trade is not “a bad broker” — they are predators. The only thing you will ever withdraw from them… is regret I have posted negative comments here for weeks and they always reply like they are concerned and want to help, this is just a ploy and they send you messages that it is your fault and you signed up to this risk, this is just a ploy, total scum

Biggest fraud Once you deposit the money it will not allow to withdraw money , once place withdrawal request then Auto trade generated at high multiplier to bring your capital to almost Zero so you left with nothing to withdraw. Coincidentally after withdrawal I was checking my trading account and same time auto transaction started and same time i recorded video where within 2 min account capital completely wipedout Same time my 2 more friends faced the same fraud. Seychelles government should take strict action against t4trade as company registered there. And help everyone who lost money from this scam Big time scammer

Still have gotten no where with these robbers. Do not use them please. They are scammers. The company doesn't exist at all. They are a bunch of scammers knowing a system inside and have created this network to defraud us. Please stay away. You will never get your money back. The whole network from this so called FCA Seychelles and other companies allegedly registered work together. Unbelievable that such people exist in the world and are able to digest their food and sleep through the night knowing how they are robbing people of their hard earned money. Shame on them. Don't bother emailing their fraudsters at client experience. They should change their email to scammers at scammers club dot com. Please do not use them. T4Trade doesn't exist at all. They are a bunch of scammers taking your money and sharing them between them.

There is not a negative star so that is why I used this one. They say you can invest but it’s not for the little man and if they can’t bully you to commit large sums they just leave you and empty out your account. Steal from the poor.

On the 8th August I invested £250 with this company but within a few hours changed my mind about doing so, and when someone from the company rang back on the 11th, (it is impossible to ring them), I asked him to refund my money. On 4th September I was told that my money would not be refunded without submitting all my personal information (passport, evidence of address etc.), but having updated my review to reflect what they had told me, my money was refunded. Not a great experience!
