I am officially filing a Consumer Court case in India against Pocket Option for multiple deceptive and unfair practices that have affected Indian traders, including myself. 1️⃣ False Regulation Claim: Pocket Option advertises itself as a “regulated broker”, but their own support confirmed they are only IBC registered in the Marshall Islands, not licensed by SEBI, FCA, or any recognized financial regulator. This is a clear case of misrepresentation. 2️⃣ Fake OTC (Synthetic) Trading Prices: Their support openly admitted that “OTC is not equal to regular market quotes.” These OTC prices are internally generated, unverifiable against any real market data. Traders are essentially betting against Pocket Option’s own synthetic price feed, not genuine market movements. 3️⃣ Refund Denial & Evasion: Despite multiple refund requests and submission of transaction proofs totaling USD 4,001, the company refused to process a refund and redirected me to an invalid arbitration clause instead of resolving the issue transparently. 4️⃣ Misleading Arbitration Clause: They cite a “Marshall Islands arbitration clause” to reject consumer complaints. Under India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019, such foreign arbitration clauses cannot override Indian consumer rights, especially since Pocket Option has no local license or legal authority in India. I have already notarized my affidavit and prepared all supporting evidence (emails, chats, deposit records). The case will be filed with the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. After filing, I will release a YouTube awareness video explaining how every Indian who suffered loss due to Pocket Option’s misleading practices can file their own case — with ready-made templates and process guidance. Dear Trustpilot, I am writing to file a formal complaint against PocketOption due to their unjust handling of my account and the subsequent loss of my trading profits. A few weeks ago, my personal bank card was blocked for security reasons. In urgent need of funds, I used my sister's card to deposit $25 into my PocketOption account, with the understanding that I would repay her immediately in cash, which I did. The platform accepted this deposit without any issues, despite the card being under a different name. Through diligent trading, I managed to increase the initial $25 deposit to $400. However, when I attempted to withdraw these funds to my own bank account, PocketOption blocked the withdrawal, stating that the deposit originated from a third-party card. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, PocketOption reset my account balance to zero, effectively confiscating my hard-earned profits. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter through email and customer support, the only response I received was confirmation that my account had been reset. I urgently seek clarification on why PocketOption chose to reset my account to zero. I am requesting your immediate assistance in recovering the $400 in profits that I rightfully earned. Can provide a signed statement from my sister if required. Save yourself from stress by staying away from this company when you start making money you become a threat to them when I lost they don’t have any problem with that but when I started making profit they blocked my account with actual money and profit but ….……… I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. I am happy to trade from Pocketoption platform. I have a piece of advice to those who are complaining that you need to respect the rules of Pocketoption. For I have received my money after few minutes to my Payeer account yesterday. This is my first withdrawal from Pocketoption after willing to be disappointed by others who are not following the requirement of this platform and complaining uselesly. Just keep in mind that Pocketoption is really paying if you are not cheating their system. This is my personal conclusion after receiving my withdrawal yesterday september 10, 2025

The excuse? “Violation of terms” – but they never showed me any proof. This platform is designed to make you lose. If you win, they shut you down. It’s nothing but a trap to take people’s money. Stay away from Pocket Option – save yourself the stress, anger, and financial loss.
I deposited a large amount of money into Pocket Option, thinking it was a trustworthy platform. After many losses, I finally managed to make some profit. But instead of letting me withdraw, they suddenly banned my account, cancelled all my profits, and left me with nothing! When I contacted support, they just repeated the same line: “You violated the agreement” – without showing any proof or explanation. This is their way to steal from honest traders. This company is a complete scam. They manipulate, they take your money, and when you win – they shut you down. Please, don’t trust them and save your hard-earned money.
I had a very bad experience with Pocket Option. I deposited more than $8000 in total. After many losses, I finally made around $1900 profit . Suddenly, my account was banned without warning. Support told me that my account violated the "Public Offer Agreement" and cancelled all my profits, leaving me only with my last deposit of $480. They refused to provide any real proof and copy-pasted the same answer in every reply. In the end, I lost more than $8000 and they did not allow me to withdraw the profit I honestly earned. Recently been on a Caribbean cruise on the arvia. Very disappointed. Ship too big, spent an enormous amount of time waiting for lift and travelling in them. Very few trips for disabled passengers. Gave a review on board and since we have come back, both of which I was asked if I minded if somebody contacted me, which I said yes to, nobody has contacted me. If you’re a disabled person you get a table at the back of the restaurant and feel like a 2nd class passenger. You have to join virtual queues to book a restaurant and they tell you when the table is ready, I didn’t come on holiday to keep looking at my phone. Sunbeds are a joke on ship days you just can’t get them unless you’re up at about 06. Even though you book your flight and cruise together, if there is a problem with the flight, P&o don’t want to know. A large number of passengers where delayed over 20 hours in Barbados and had to sleep on the floor of the airport, no contact from P&o and Norse airlines are not paying any compensation! Would never use them again, dreadful.

Pocket Option is a BIG SCAM they are happy when you are losing money, but once ypu start making profit they block your account I made about $6000 profit, and they immediately blocked my account claiming i violated- Public Offer Agreement - i have asked for details of how i violated the agreement they dont respond to that. They are scammers and thieves
They never reply from their official support email. They just block accounts who try to withdraw more than 100$.
It is just scam .I had opened an account using 850 USD deposit and after 2 month I grow my account to 6000 USD. when I want to withdraw 1000 USD they block my account and only refund 850 which I deposit initially. We do lot of hard work to make profit and this scam broker looting our profit. Never trust this scam broker.

There is no better broker than Pocket Option. I have been using the platform for some months now and I must say it is one of the best. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. The deposit and withdrawal is processed in no time. Great job everyone!
