I’ve had an account with Plus500 for over 5 years, although it was dormant for most of the time. I still have funds in the account. My experience lately has been nothing short of frustrating. I tried to re activate my account and they refused to re activate my account but now the refund of my remaining funds has been a nightmare. since the 10th of September 2025, Plus500 has been “reviewing” it. Throughout this so-called review, they’ve repeatedly asked me for one certification after another, which I’ve provided every single time. Yet, instead of resolving the issue, they keep dragging things out with no real progress or clear communication. Their review team only replies about once a week, and every message seems to reset the process as if nothing has been done before. It feels like an endless loop of requests with no accountability and no genuine support for loyal users. After so many years with them, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform. If you value your time and transparency, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere before depositing any money with Plus500.
the spreads are insanely huge. and the price on trading view and the tradable proce on plus500 always have a 3-5% gap.
