I deposited 500 aed and open a trade and just colsed at the same time then you deduct 66 aed after i closed the position , I don’t know why this happened!!!

Absolutely piss poor platform. Not only do they have very little options of what you can invest/scalp in but they have margin requirements that will automatically pull you out of positions and make you lose your money. If you want to only lose money this app is for you. Until they refund me my money I lost because of the margin requirement this will stay up. I even tried to go to the chat support for help and they blamed me for having my position automatically lost. What a shit company this truly is. I would like my money you lost me back

Good support, withdrawals are unnecessarily slow (2 working days) but they have never been held without reason.

For this, re-opening of one our members old account: it did not work out, so it felt as a bit difficult approach and a 'slow' treatment, of the support messages and emails. Same as with our other few members, not so good experience, with the Plus500, in the recent past. So, we decided to leave the Plus500, for now, and go elsewhere, for our individual trading needs. Our reviews have no any punitive goals, but they are honest facts, as for what our members experience, over the few of our individual trading accounts, with the few such providers out there. This here, regardless the Plus500 platform, for our current experience, and our review time, at the: Dec, 2025. Thank you.

It is extremely disappointing to deal with such unethical practices. They operate like real scammers. Their only aim is to pump money from clients, and their relationship managers deliberately advise and convince customers to take highly risky trades, leading to heavy losses. The guidance provided is clearly manipulated to benefit the platform, not the client. This behavior is misleading, exploitative, and completely unacceptable. I reported the matter and got assistance I refused to let them go away with my money filed a complaint and got everything back within few days. seek help if you can.
