Istrade is operated by Dulcet Group LLC, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 1358 LLC 2021. This jurisdiction does not supervise or regulate forex brokers, and Dulcet Group LLC holds no licence from any recognised financial authority. The Swiss regulator FINMA issued a warning on June 3, 2022, stating that IsTrade is not entered in its commercial register, signalling unauthorised activity .
The German regulator BaFin has also flagged Dulcet Group LLC (owner of IsTrade) for operating without a licence and offering services in Germany in breach of legal requirements . Furthermore, BrokersView classifies IsTrade’s operating status as “SCAM”, noting that while the company is registered locally, SVG registration does not equate to regulation of forex activities, and the reported contact number is invalid .
