isn't transparent at all. I was their 10k direct account subscriber. was in profit. it didnt state clearly during sign up that news trading is prohibited and introducing hard breach to penalize traders. if that is a permanent breach, it has to be stated clearly during the account sign up and not hidden in some faq. its waste of money
Hola is an A+ firm, overall. I have been paid multiple times by them. Some may complain about rules that are very well explained on their website, so taking your time to read through everything is crucial. Their customer support is A+ to be honest. Very well-established firm that continues to rise. Thank you!!

I got funded and I didn't get paid because of a 2% loss rule they have I didn't think to check thought it would be more like other platforms which allows between 10 and 15% close to payout and then they email me and tell me about the 2% rule I lost 569 which is common with trading you're going to lose something but not with these people I checked with other prop firms this is the only company that does the 2% rule they are very unforgiven I wouldn't recommend them to nobody just because of that
Bought the 1 step prime account and got funded. Got scammed because on their website it did not even say that it had consistency rule bullshit. Got pissed when i got funded and just blew the account because f that shit.

Bad experience only from hola prime they breach my account and didn’t give any payout because they change my rule only the 2% per trade risk in to 1.5% risk per trade and they have good supporting customer but they also don’t know about rules after we trust their customer care we breached the account

Hola Prime continues to exceed expectations, especially when it comes to payouts. I requested a payout this morning and it was processed immediately.
I have started an 100k challenge on friday. so friday i set up the trade short EUR/USD put an pre set sl at 1.16146. 5 lots. i came home to a 30 pip extra loss where they closed the trade at 1.16434.... i did not even come to my initial SL by then let alone the 1.16434..... monday this same event happened to me on GJ where i was short and suddenly im out of the trade with my sl being hit... not a single chart hit the price they said it did. not even on there own platform... EDIT: they refunded the loss from friday with the 30pip different sl. the total amount off the loss is tranfered onto the balance of the running challenge. the GJ trade from today is still being checked out.
I have heard some negative stuff about Hola Prime but that has not been my experience thus far. It took me some time to get to a pay-out stage but when I did request one I was surprised. First I got a call from one of the Staff to ensure that I had accepted the invite to Rise and when that was in place it was executed very fast. Not very experienced but faster than any other Firm...
My Experience so far so good, overwhelmed experienced and lesson learned from the trading rules. Hola Prime customers service is excellent. This is my personal experienced, im not influenced by anyone to make this review. I start with 2 phase challenge. Passed both of them and get funded, soon after i got my 1st payout. Everything went smooth. High rate prop trade for me.
I used HolaPrime for 1 step futures challenge I feel compared to other prop firms I use FundedSeat,MFF, FFN, YRMProp this is the one with the most amount of rules and for the cost you pay you could get more for less in other prop firms. Here's the fine print you should know before you are willing to purchase account 1. Getting to the correct Faq's isn't as straightforward as you might think: While this should be the easiest thing to find and what's needed to know the rules the ux flow needs serious help. If you go to holaprime.com you will notice that Faq is not a top level menu item you either have to go to Trading and the click Faq under forex or futures or scroll to the bottom of the page and it's not even intuitive where your dropped to. I guess you can use the help chat but it's weird. Prop firms are big on the please follow the rules and terms and conditions but they are not even making it easy to find. I also imagine anyone who needs the use of accessibility tools would find this an additional unnecessary barrier. 2. The 2% rule: Once funded you are not allowed to risk more than 2% of initial account balance even if you are in profit. Simply put the fact I could be up 10,000 on an account and can't risk more than $500 on a 25k futures account doesn't make much sense. I think a risk per day or stop loss makes more common sense. While the firm mentions this is better for the trader this seems more of a restriction than a help. While consistency is stated as the most important thing for a prop firm earning more seems to go against you instead of in your favor at other prop firms. If this is a really important rule to the firm I suggest they apply it to the evaluation phase as well. They'll probably notice it's doesn't protect the trader as much as they like and a lot less traders will be funded. 3. Beware of Hidden Fees On the top level it can seem Holaprime has a lot of sales at good price points but here are additional fees you should keep in mind. The activation fees are $149 for all futures challenge accounts while you might see this waived at other firms you still have to pay them at holaprime. For example if you bought a 50K futures account on sale for $50 it will cost a total of $200 to get it funded including fee to purchase challenge. For that price you could just buy a challenge at another firm. Also the 1 Hour payouts are not free there is an additional fee charged regardless of payment method. You'll find alot of this in faqs/helpcenter its unfortunate its not as easy to find.

Customer support is very efficient, all of them are very kind and helpful. I am even in there discord group were you can find a lot of useful information and tips for trading. I also communicate with Harlam, she was super kind and quickly solved my issue.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH HOLAPRIME I previously left a positive review because I believed HolaPrime was a legitimate platform. Unfortunately, my experience took a serious turn when my fourth payout was denied on the grounds of “High Frequency Trading” and supposed “Expert Advisor (bot) usage.” This claim is completely unfounded. I have never changed my trading approach, and over the course of an entire week, I executed only 83 trades. I do not even possess an API key that would allow bot trading. Anyone google high-frequency trading knows it involves thousands of trades executed within seconds, not 80 trades spread across seven days. They also argued that many of my trades closed in under two minutes. I trade futures, where quick moves and fast take-profits are entirely normal. There is no rule in their terms requiring a minimum holding period. The prop firms that do enforce such restrictions typically specify no exits under 10 seconds, and I had zero trades under 15 seconds. I cannot control the market’s speed, especially in futures trading. Despite this, they didn’t even allow me to continue; they simply closed my FUNDED account outright. To make matters worse, their own trading coach on Discord has publicly shared screenshots showing even more trades with shorter holding times than mine. And they were saying this is peak trading! Overall, it’s clear that once you get close to withdrawing meaningful profits, they will look for any excuse to shut you down. My experience shows they do this without any valid justification. Edit and reply, My review was taken offline after HolaPrime flagged it, claiming it wasn’t based on a genuine experience. I provided documentation directly to Trustpilot, and they reinstated my review. I think that alone speaks for itself. Regarding HolaPrime’s claims: yes, I did receive three payouts. However, these payouts came after spending a large amount on accounts. My fourth payout request had no difference whatsoever from my previous ones in terms of trading behavior. I do not use automation and I don’t even have API keys to run anything automated. My trades included both short and longer trades, in fact, many were slower than the trades posted by their own trading coach in the Discord and number of trades were much lower. Nothing in my execution changed between payout 1,2,3 and payout 4. The only thing that changed was their decision to deny it.

I've had a great experience with Hola Prime so far. The platform is clean, fast, and easy to use, and the trading conditions are very stable. Support is responsive and professional.
