Helveticore (operating via domain helveticore.capital) is not authorised to offer investment or banking services in Spain; the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) added it to its warning list on 15 January 2024, citing that it is providing investment services without proper registration under Article 129 of the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act ().
