Gateway Capital CG is not authorised or licensed by any recognised financial regulator. The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued a warning on 22 September 2023 stating that Gateway Capital CG may be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation, and investments with this firm do not benefit from UK protections such as the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The firm is also included in Canada’s Alberta Securities Commission Investment Caution List as of 15 March 2024, noting that it is not registered to trade in or advise on securities or derivatives in Alberta.

Belgium’s Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) added Gateway Capital CG to its warning list on 30 November 2023 as a fraudulent trading platform, and Luxembourg’s Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued a warning on 6 December 2023 about its unauthorised financial activities.

Multiple client reports allege deceptive practices, including harassment via phone and email, pressure to deposit additional funds, blocked withdrawals, and identity falsification by staff. Floating spreads are charged on all accounts. Gateway Capital CG claims connection to a company named HigTechNordPro Limited registered in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines under number 26398 BC 2021, but no record exists in SVG’s Financial Services Authority registry.
