About EFI Markets

EFI Markets (operating under the name Lincoln Classic Ltd, registered in Mauritius, and Swiss Digital Wealth AG in Switzerland) offers trading in multiple asset classes—forex, commodities, stocks, ETFs, and bonds—and supports a proprietary platform called “EFIMARKETS”, as well as demo accounts and segregated client funds. Minimum deposit is reportedly around 1 EUR/USD/GBP (or equivalent) and spreads may start from approximately 1.2 pips.

EFI Markets claims MSB registration (M22513057) with Canada’s FINTRAC, which does not amount to authorization to offer trading services. The company formerly registered as Efimarkets Ltd in the UK has been dissolved, and there is no valid licence from any major regulator such as the FCA, CySEC, ASIC or CIRO. These facts raise significant concerns about its regulatory legitimacy.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Very low minimum deposit (around 1 EUR/USD/GBP or equivalent)
  • Demo account available
  • Client funds reportedly segregated from operational funds

Cons

  • Completely unregulated by recognised financial authorities
  • Former UK entity dissolved, showing inconsistencies in corporate structure
  • MSB registration does not equate to authorization for trading services
  • Multiple warnings from review sites, citing high risk and potential scam operations
