Reviews
Summary
Most reviews are strongly negative: many users report being unable to withdraw funds or having withdrawals ignored, delayed for months or blocked outright, often after making large deposits. Multiple reviewers describe aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics by assigned account managers who allegedly push clients to deposit more, encourage taking loans, place oversized trades clients don’t understand, and sometimes promise small withdrawals to build trust before cutting access. Reported consequences include very large losses (several users claim losses in the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, e.g. claims of $100k+, $107k deposited, $77k investment + $30k “tax/gas”), accounts frozen or deactivated, added “credit” later withdrawn, and demands for extra personal information or bogus tax/fee explanations that prevent fund release.
Several reviewers say they filed complaints with regulators (including the Seychelles FSA and other authorities), opened lawsuits, or involved legal/recovery services; some report eventual recoveries with outside assistance (examples cited: Assetpetition, Display P, Veloursblanc), while others say regulators and the company provided no meaningful response. Users also accuse the broker of using fake positive reviews and dubious licensing claims; a few note technical oddities such as site availability requiring VPN at times. Communication and customer support are widely criticized as poor or deceptive.
A small number of posts praise the platform’s interface, tools, spreads and customer service, but these are repeatedly called out by other reviewers as fake or misleading. Overall reviewer consensus warns caution or avoidance, describing patterns of coercion, opaque practices, poor transparency, and serious difficulties reclaiming funds.

I encountered Capitalix last year August and as at November I have deposited all the money I have to them a total of 107k. The total of 77k for the investment while 30k was said to be for gas and tax. I payed all but at the end I was not allowed to make a single withdrawal for months. I just had to inform Assetpetition about what was going on and it was looked into and money was gotten for me
