Everything went very smooth with my first deposit and looking forward to the Gains.
Made a deposit into my account of $500, made 200+ profit. I refunded my initial deposit of $500 back to my payment method (only option available) but when it was time for me to withdraw the remaining profits the only withdrawal option was through wire transfer. I submitted a wire transfer request 7/14/25, after passing 2 weeks I removed the money from my wallet and added it back to my MT5 wallet which resulted in them denying my request due to insufficient funds being in the wallet. I transferred the money back to my apex wallet then I resubmitted a new request 7/30/25, after waiting over 2 weeks for it to be approved I reached out to support and all they said is the team in charge of approving withdrawals haven’t gotten to my request yet. Now nobody answers my emails but I still get marketing emails about getting 200% bonus on deposits over a certain amount (which is the reason I deposited my money there in the first place). Because the money is profits there is no way to dispute the transaction or escalate the matter. How can I take advantage of of your incentives when I’m unable to withdraw profits? People use trading as a source of income, I’m sure if your employer held back your paycheck for months you’d be pissed.
I am extremely disappointed with Apex Markets and their handling of withdrawal requests. It has been far too long since I submitted my withdrawal, and the approval process has been unreasonably slow. As a client, I expect efficiency, transparency, and professionalism when it comes to accessing my own funds. Unfortunately, Apex Markets has failed to deliver on this. The delay not only raises serious concerns about their reliability but also undermines the trust a customer should have in a financial platform. Prompt and secure withdrawals are one of the most basic expectations, and Apex Markets needs to step up and address this issue immediately. Until they improve their withdrawal process, I cannot recommend them with confidence. I have experienced this before, and I decided to give them another chance, but they have failed me. I am greatly disappointed.

Been waiting on my money from this company for 3 years now. Told me their crypto system was being updated 3years ago. I tried to withdraw some of my funds and they stole it. Never receive it to this day. They email me about my honest review than information on my funds. Check my account to try withdraw my fund through crypto and now I have to go through KYC again. Stay lying and stealing. No im removing my honest review. Laura I don’t want to hear from you. I want access to my funds the missing one and the one that suppose to be in the account. Wish we can submit pictures smh
I appreciate apex, I used them last year with no issues. However ever since they updated or whatever I’ve been having issues. I requested a wire transfer since May, it’s still pending. Whenever I reach out I only hear it’s yet to be processed. This is very unfair, especially to me who once trusted you. I’ve been waiting months on top of months and I still haven’t received my payout. I write a review before and they got it deleted. I’m very disappointed and upset. I need my money please.
