Safety of funds

FXCC is obliged by current regulations to hold all clients funds in accounts clearly identified as ‘clients funds’ yet furthermore is a compulsory member of the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF).
FXCC being a member of the Investor Compensation Fund provides the Client with the extra security of receiving compensation from the Fund, for any claims arising from the malfunction on behalf of the Company to fulfill its obligations despite whether that obligation arises from legislation, the Agreement or from wrongdoing.
